The only servers available to U.S. players are above 140 ping which makes PvP entirely unplayable and makes this mode only available to the people of which the region server is based out of. Not only that Jagex have chosen to make the only U.S. Server a F2P server deterring people from even attempting to try it for not understanding how LMS works.
@@rakoendoe the passive effects are good (they just added them in lms 3 days ago on the 14th of april) but still with the spec bar + its basically being a dragon scim, one tick is more important than freeze, freeze usually comes down to rng in lms anyways, you have some games where you're literally in max with kodai and ahrims + occult and still land less freezes than someone in default. sometimes the rng casino isnt fair
