@mewho6199 I understand, I used to feel the exact same way. It didn't make sense exactly how forgiveness would change anything. In fact, the thought of forgiving would make me angry at times. What I learned was that once I forgave, any resentment, sadness, anger, or denial I had for the situation or what happend to me was gone. Forgiveness gave me a feeling of freedom from any emotion I once had tied to what I experienced and what I went through. I stopped having to say, "I understand why, or im okay with what happened, or it was a long time ago" because I simply felt it. I felt the peace that comes with forgiveness. Understanding gave me perspective. Forgiveness gave me freedom.
There is nothing to forgive,in fact...Anything we do goes through another person understanding,vision, experience and personality,then,maybe,wound dealing and closed mind or heart...Another person is another person.
I used to be a little afraid of showing anger because we live in a world where people will make you feel like you are wrong for being angry but I was angry because I was being done wrong by a lot of people who betrayed me and the people that done me wrong I decided not to speak to them which made them more angry, but these people were the types of people who have a hard time with giving others boundaries or being told no. I was learning that there are many people who get their way all the time and they'll have this trait selfish " I can get what I want, but nobody else can".. I met a lot of selfish people during a long self journey and realized people are not as giving as they claim they are. Be careful when being selfish a selfish trait is really your worst enemy. A person may have it all one day, but then things change, so never be so selfish to the point that you don't want to help a person who is in need. Be careful. Especially if you have authority over what people can have.

Pile 2! Thank you!! I’ve been struggling with work anxiety for MONTHS, mostly in the sense that I enjoy the job so much that I’m so scared to lose it. But today, before clicking on this video, I noticed that I’ve been going through the same negative thought patterns/anxiety for 7 months, literally the same worries over and over, and that it’s time i finally let it go.
