This must be the most beautiful island I've seen in animal crossing! Like actually, the theme is so original and unique. You've sparked so much inspiration in me and have made me see a different side to the game, give my characters personality, little build ideas, and your stunning interiors I didn't even realise such antique beauty existed. And this is in no way bias, as this is the first video of you I've watched, but this actually might be the best island. Ever. Like seriously! I go through this playlist every time I wanna design in ac and get all cozy! You are such an inspiration and your laid-back personality (plus way of decorating) helps me realize that an island doesn't have to be done in a month, I can really dig into the lore and drama, take my time, and scrap and redecorate things I don't like anymore. honestly this was a wakeup call for me that i really need to get my island done, you really nailed the rural feel and thats exactly the kind of feel im going for in my island (with a mix of regular animal crossing feels, you feel me?) so i really needa get my island done. (its also made me realize how bad my decorating is and i really need to step it up a notch...) this island literally had me oozing happiness from the rural nostalgic feelings that i love and crave (modern designs are way too popular imo...) and the amazing decorating it was just. god. i will definitely be taking heavy inspiration (not to the point its copying inspiration though....no worries im not THAT kind of person)

Congratulations on completing such a massive build! You obviously put your heart into this-I loved visiting the AC version of your hometown! The interiors added so much to the immersive experience. My favorite outdoor section was the old man/dog’s farm by the lake and fishing pond-I loved how it wove around the natural landscape. ❤

as a new england resident, in a beach town, yes the beach is essential feature to decorate whether you like beaches or not, I initially had a set up with a boardwalk and a beachside town and finally got away from it after reminding myself I didn't need to make it look like my hometown but I do love this build and I might add back in some new england vibes

I love this island! This reminds me of Connecticut and the town of Mystic. It was a big part of my childhood, so this island is chef's kiss. Also, Butch's area reminds me of my uncle's home.

My best advice to get cool dialogue is to have all the villager types and keep the same ones around as long as you can! You get the best variety that way. I honestly wish sometimes I had two smugs or two crankys instead of double normies and lazys like I do now, they have the funniest convos
