Walleye fishing on rainy Lake using live night crawler worms and Garmin livescope to target giant walleye. SUBSCRIBE - bit.ly/SubLFG WATCH MORE FISHING - • Latest Uploads | LakeF...
This dude is my favorite YTer and this video has just left me stunned. ..exhaust the fish cuz you can’t land it quickly without a net, dangle its whole weight without supporting the fish and then use your electronics to specifically target the bigger fish you can’t keep because the fishery is already too vulnerable. This is why we have a different limit for non-Residents on Rainy Lake I guess
What a great video of father and son spending time in the water! I remember for many years, my dad dreamed of having a fishing boat. At the time, I wasn't into fishing like I am now. Sadly, my dad passed away years before I would get into fishing. Watching you and your dad was bitter sweet as I could see the joys you guys had but at the same time, that's something I'll never share with my dad. But, I have grandkids and I have been trying to get them to discover the joys of fishing. Thanks for the video!
Coming from someone from Wisconsin, caught plenty of walleye just grab them by the neck or follow the gill line till the bottom of their jaw and grab them by the bottom of the jaw on the inside of their mouth try to keep your finger out of the red of the gills and hold them horizontally. At least that’s how I was taught. Love the videos! Gotta go for musky sometime!
As someone who grew up fishing walleye and still do , please don’t use those stupid grips they just rip the fishes mouth up , you gill the big ones like a pike and the smaller ones you grab em behind the head. That said love your vids , just whenever I see that gripper come out it makes me cringe in Canadian.
I really enjoy watching your videos. you make me nervous not wearing a life jacket, you are an example believe it or not. I'm not trying to preach but you know from recent events something can happen in an instant. You should really encourage your dab to wear one also
I love my Cheat Scope!❤ lol. 90% of the fish are in 10% of the water. So it take a lot of experience to know where to start looking for fish. Livescope + Experience = FUN!!
The fish handling in this video was very GOOGAN and damn I have been a huge fan. Still am. But this wasn’t the move. I can understand not having a net on day 1 maybe… grab the walleye by the head or under the gill.
Sorry! I couldn’t watch this entire video. You are in one of the most beautiful places in the world for fishermen. The water, the sky, the beauty of God’s creation all around. All you see is the video screen at your feet. Don’t get me wrong I love to catch fish as much as anyone, but not at the price of neglecting the world around me. Sorry I’m an old school fisherman who gets more out of fishing than just fish. Stay safe! God Bless.
You guys gotta watch Meat Eater Steven seris on Yanis and his Dad Elk hunting 2 times with Steven once alone. You may have already , just a suggestion. JO JO
Love the videos but absolutely hate live scope lol I went with a guide crappie fish last year and i made him turn it off or give me my money back lol i personally find it too easy and wheres the fun in that?
Gotta stop using that lip grip on the fish. Super hard on their mouths. Have to respect the fish! Use a net and then grab their gill and support their belly. Walleye aren’t that scary to hold lol!
I view livescope as I do trail cameras. All it does is help you see animal behaviors. It could make someone a better angler and show you how they react to different baits and techniques. It doesn't put the fish in the boat for you.
Man I love your videos but there’s nothing I hate more than folks coming up to abuse a fishery. No net so your fish are exhausted on release, not supporting a big fishes weight as you dangle it by the jaw? Using livescope to target the most vulnerable part of the fishery - why do you think there’s a slot limit AND different rules for non-Canadian visitors with ‘eyes? You’re literally targeting the fish outside the allowed slot. I’m sorry man, I love when you come up to Ontario but at least get a fucking net and learn to handle the fish. My PFP is a 29inch walleye I caught sharpshooting on an old Humminbird. Note that I am not dangling it by the head…
I know it's legal, and it's your channel and your choice. Just feedback from one viewer; I do not like the livescope, and have no interest in watching videos where it is featured.
Quality time with father and son that should be appreciated and cherished ! My dad died when I was only three years old so I never got the opportunity to do all the things we could have, the guidance and discipline, etc. 💔🥹
