I want a turbo on my 04 just for speed. I dont know which kind of turbo to get.

I will explain to you I have a 1.8t awp vw beetle but the engine is broken I found an aph engine so I will simply change the awp engine broken by the aph engine so I would like to know if I should also change the ecu awp by the ecu aph and can I also let the ecu awp despite the engine change to an aph and find the 180hp power of the awp or that will always give me 150hp from the aph engine? and if possible install any other tuned ecu?
