+Tim Wolfe we did use to have the almighty Furguson.. the only other host able to just riff. Kimmel can kinda riff I think? ..but yes Colbert is a master improviser.
Both Letterman and Conan are also excellent improvisers. To do this kind of thing you really have to be fast on your feet and have a keen wit. These guys are all brilliant.
I've never seen Josh Brolin interviewed before, nor have I really followed his career. The first movie I remember seeing him in was The Goonies, many many years ago.
This is the best interview of any late night network show in the last decade. Josh is yes-anding with one of the best in the business like a seasoned pro and it's great the entire time.
Bibi Bernardi Because it's America and Brolin was risking a law suit when Colbert looks like he has injured his arm - so he's running away from the crime scene, as I see it 😉
I know he was smoked like a ham in that arm wrestling match, but Colbert seems way stronger than I'd have guessed. You can see his muscles when he flexes, and consodering he's like half Brolin's weight, he did okay 😂
He did better than okay. He might have been able to beat him if he took it seriously. He had him struggling before giving up. Leverage and form is a very big factor in arm wrestling. It's just a bit though.
Man... How has this interview not gone viral??? I'd much rather see this on the side of my Facebook Trending feed than fucking "Kim Kardashian shows off new heels in instagram pic"
This is maybe one of my new favorite interviews of 2016, ever. All four weeks of it. No question. At all. 2016 might as well just end 48 weeks early. In fact, I kinda hope it does.
Amazing interview. As an avid Colbert watcher I am quite shocked that I missed this when it aired, or at least I think I did seeing as it seems brand new to me. Colbert needs to get him back on to talk about being Thanos!!
Another one that came in due to the other night's interview. This one is fucking insane! LMAO That was too much fun to watch! This is a good one to come back to and watch again if you're feeling kinda shitty about life.
Weird interview.. in a good way.. First TJ Miller, now Josh Brolin. Both seemed pretty unscripted and some of the moments fell flat, but I'd still watch this any day over the boring canned celebrity interviews that the Jimmys do. Colbert and Graham Norton - now they Know how to interview celebrities! Also, bad idea arm-wrestling the Mad Titan, Colbert.
Totally. "So, you had a funny incident at [location] when [incident]. What was that like?" "(laughs) Oh, yeah. That thing. [Repeats annecdote agreed with show staff]" "Ha ha ha" (repeat)
Josh Brolin, einer der besten, vielleicht sogar der beste Schauspieler in Hollywood, Charakter Schauspieler sehr guter Mimik -Darsteller und Aktion Held, beste Grüße aus Deutschland / Sindelfingen.
Stephen is slaying ! No one A-lister or not can overshadow him. H's a master of improvization. Him & James Corden are the best things CBS came up with in recent years.
