@@qwiswaz9774 For sure! I enjoy the beach a lot more than anything I have a Clip of some huge reds I caught at this jetty last year if u wana check it out
I'll keep requesting this for the people in the back... Please hit up the Packery Channel jetties and the Port A jetties! A meetup with ThresherFishing also wouldn't suck!!
The USA isn't the only country with regulations. Here in Australia, we have size and bag limits (the amount of fish you can keep) as well. The fisheries here are very sustainable
People get greedy and take too much that’s why government put in these regulations and size limits I use to get cockles and it use to be 50 per person per day and now it’s drop to 20 per person and even on beach worms your only allowed 20 per person per day and they are the best bait for beach fishing if you haven’t tried it go out and catch some and use beach worms your guaranteed to catch fish.
I always add a few inches,to preexisting minimum size limits, and dude, you get all excited in the heat of battle, and want to keep fish because you're jacked up.Those are the ones you should be releasing.
That was one heck of red. As a beginner fisherman, can you point us (me and other newbies) on where to look up fishing regulations and fish identification? Keep up the good work!
Hey You Two, Great video! Awesome PB fish! You're right about Erin catching fish. I love it when Brendon surprises Erin handing her the rod to land a fish. Her face lights up, when you can see her eyes her eyes sparkle, she's smiling ear to ear, just a joy to watch. Maybe you could get Emma (or somebody) to video you both fishing. It could also get more girls fishing watching her fish and seeing how much she enjoys it. FYI: I know of a guy who carries a piece of half inch PVC pipe while fishing and he sticks it down the throat of catfish to burp the air out of catfish when he need to. It works great without sticking the fish. I don't know why it wouldn't work on other fish also. Thanks for the video. Waiting for the next one. Good Luck...
I love getting everybody on fish from my girlfriend to the kids and eventually the grandkids, but it's especially fun for me when I help get them onto large fish, their first fish, or a new species
For a second I actually thought that Skipper was going to give me prizes and take me out fishing with his family. Also doing a catch and cook. Ps love your videos. A scammer just replied on my comment
Love the videos. Thank you for coming into my back yard and getting to experience the Texas Coast. I'm just getting started with a channel, so this is very inspirational.
Its awesome to see you here fishing Texas. Beach bomber is Elite AF. I really enjoy the collaboration. It would be great to see you for some more vids with the other Tx fisherman.
Cheers mates !! I totally agree with B. Nothing like watching folks fight and land their first " Monster." I have nephews that enjoy fishing with me.. their time will come soon. Hopefully this season.
Great video guys, I’m happy you guys finally came to Texas and had a awesome time with a personal PB!🐟 come back to port Aransas tx great fishing here👍🏽
Was apparent you guys enjoyed yourselves out being on the rough jetty. Great job reeling in that magnificent Texas Size Bull-Red Erin! Takes some genuine anglers to be able to visit these spots, appreciate its value, from a fisherman’s perspective, and understand it tactics to catching and drawing in a catch with skill especially at the jetties. Was astounded at the collaborative with BeachBomber out there. As unexpected as it was, that was great! Look forward to your next vlog.
Great video! Loving the TX vids. A more accurate way to describe water that is not clear is “more turbid”, rather than “dirtier”. “Dirty” makes it sound like the water is unclean or has impaired quality, which may not be true and which locals may not appreciate.
Congratulations Erin on getting your PB & great job to all of you!!! The guy who supplied the leader was super friendly and so helpful. Great job guys & great video. 🎣😎🐟
Hi Brendan... Greetings from South Africa. I have been following your channel with amazement... Great stuff. Also like the family factor and the kamradie you guys enjoy. I have a question about something that surprises me.. The spinning reels you guys use have the handles on the left (I know that they are interchangeable) but the open spools.. On the right 🤔
It does seem odd, but that's how it's always been here so people have learned to use them that way. I suspect it's due to the right hand being used to control the line release when you cast a spinning reel.
I LOVED this video! Get it, Erin! I’m also an Erin that loves to catch big fish 🤙🏼🧜♀️ Those big reds aren’t too common around my Topsail Island, I may have to hit the road…
I reported that user man trying to scan people off of your channel bro. He make fake channel of urs try to scan me earlier into me giving him $66 for a shipping fee that supposedly I was chosen as a winner.smh
Nice video! Keep catching big ones! 🔥 Also if yall are wondering if the salted baits are good? There are amazing! i can catch anything from a 12 inch trout to a 40 inch red witch i have caught on salted baits! 🔥🔥
So for your "catch-all" rig you are buying super cheap, small floats from Aliexpress for $4 and then you sell your rig set for WAY more (I believe $80 for 10), which is SUPER overpriced. Thats not nice. Also, your advertised "salted bait" - anyone can just do it themselves for way cheaper. All you need is a pink curing salt and you are done. Stop ripping people off.
Hey guys. I've got a message here saying that I'm a winner in the previous give away. And there is a number posted. So I texted that number. And checked back on the comment. Now the number is different. Was this you guys Hey Skipper team? My comment was (nice PB!)
Regarding the regulations, thats 100% true. Im from Kuwait, there are regulations, but nobody enforces them. We have a huge variety of fish in Kuwait btw. Threadfin, giant grouper, king mackerel, tuna, butterfish, sea bream that grow up to 6 kgs, snappers, huge jewfish, you name it we got it. But 0 regulations.
Hello Skipper! I have question you guys Travel out here Southern California to go surf fishing. There some pretty good spots out here on surf fishing I personally fish for barred surf perch on local state beaches like Santa Barbara areas off the coast
I get to go to the Texas beach twice a year at most (Dallas area). After watching these videos, we now go prepared, ready to fish. No wasted time now with prepared rigs, we always have a plan; and now we always catch fish!
I was interested and buying one of your bait boxes, but I see a salted box with Squiddy Bites and clams I was wondering if you can put a box like that on your website if you can I would buy it right away
Another great video almost done with my job then its fishing time can't wait I say next month ty 4ur kick azz channel, again this channel's got me wanting to get into beach fishing more try to learn how to read the water(waves). Remember like always. -FISHHAPPY
We catch the same fish inshore the same way, although inshore you are able to make chum buckets and chum balls to draw fish in. You expect to catch big fish on the rocks so when you pull in a big fish where ppl are swimming it puts the fear if Jaws in em lol. We just switched from sheepshead to Bull Reds Big Ugly Shark and Jack's out of the Intercoastal water ways Welcome To Texas :)
Hi Hey Skipper I watch Beach Bomber he always catches big fish I have used up to 600lb mono to catch sharks off shore here in NC my largest shark was a tiger over 7ft caught from a boat took a long time to get him in there are some very nice reds in TX now.
So glad they showed how to deflate the air bladder. So many big fish die cause it's not done. Last year my 2 brothers and I caught 17 bull reds, smallest 38", deflating their bladders on each one that needed it. We didn't lose a single one. Awesome catch Erin.
I like seeing the kids and ladies catch fish but I like when they are apart of the whole experience. Baiting, casting, hook set and fighting. A lot of times the kids and ladies are only apart of the fighting after someone else does everything including the hook set. That's just me though. One thing is for sure when the whole family is a part of the outdoor experience it makes for a great time for everyone and brings people closer together.
You talked nicely about respecting regulations about fisheries and that’s really cool, but the nice fish that you caught was kept sadly on the rough ground and her body was definitely hurt, back in Hungary we are only allowed to keep the fish on a special mattress to keep her body unhurt and then release her.
Wow yet another great video and day at the jetties. Beach bomber is da man. It is said that with the right wind conditions he can cast his bait across the entirety of the ocean. 😃 seriously though I love the channel and have been watching yall since senko skipper when I first started fishing here in Texas yalls information helped me soo much just wanted to thank yall. And congrats on the pb to both of yall
Some random guy at Ponce Inlet in florida let me reel in a 4 ft bonnethead shark he hooked on his rig when i was 14 yrs old. I'm now 30 yrs old. One of my best memories of fishing I'll never forget
Yes I follow Carlos. The biggest reason that the reds almost disappeared was the blackened redfish craze. There was such a demand in restaurants that commercial fisherman were netting large schools of mature redfish which almost wiped them out!
