2:47 Turns out what actually happened is that Tommy was trying to listen to the group on where to go at the same ti r Gordon is speaking to him, so his silence to listen gets pretty well as if he will also betray Gordon. 9:58 Here and at the beginning of the Boss Fight, Dr. Coomer was aware about being an npc inside a video game and telling Gordon how he wants to go to the real world. 20:56 The first guard they don't kill outright, but in Freeman's Mind that is the first guard that he kills. Yet it was not intentional.

About doctor Coomer , it can be interpretet that he never realy changes. We know that the "evil" doctor Coomer is the real one because out of every version of dr. Coomer we see he is the only one with this level of artificial inteligence. His plan was to ambush gordon then take over players body thru the hole in the suit but he saw that it isn't posible so he tried being nice to Gordon so at the end Gordon will put on a usb stick and prevent him from being forever unloaded in a unused half life copy or even deleted. But I don't think he is satified yet...
