Oh jeez, that's kinda terrifying. Been awhile since I saw something that could kill you in Creative. AbyssalCraft has a mob that can do it too; namely J'zahar, the biggest and baddest of its bosses. At any point while you're attacking him in Creative mode, he might randomly switch you to Survival mode and immediately kill you on the spot while all the while sneaking in a short little quip: "Whoops, I slipped." Go figure, the Eldritch entity has a built-in anti-cheat (which is bizarre, since he also has an assigned spawn egg).

I thought I broke my phone cuz I clicked so fast 😂
