-2pcs chopped onions
-1head chopped garlic
-1.5Kilo pork belly (liempo
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper

This dish was even better than DELICIOUS! I’ve said this before and will say it again. Chef Fern is so spot on with ingredients and instructions. Whenever I'd look for a recipe of pork or chicken here in RU-vid, I always ended up doing Kuya Fern's recipes..so easy to cook, ingredients are very easy..makikita lang sa kitchen usually..and the best part of it, Super sarap talaga! I have to say, I did not start this video with high hopes for this recipe, but I was wrong! I like my pork bellies crunchy and I generally make them that way. You could try 1hour slow cooking on low flame setting.. Timer starts when water boils.. Then set flame on low.. 😉😊

Anyone know the total cook time? I have difficulty standing for long periods due to having my right leg amputated 3 months ago after a car crash. This recipe looks pretty damn delicious though....

Really depends on the quality of the meat and the size of cut.. But in general, I slow cook this on low flame setring for about 45min.-1 hour staring from the moment it boils after adding the water.. But one could use pressure cooker for this to reduce cooking time to 15min-20min.. 😉😊 You can do this.. It's really worth a try.. Hope you enjoy.. 😉😊

Thanks a lot.. You could try skipping the oyster sauce then make the soy sauce into 3Tbsp instead of only 2Tbsp.. Then the rest of ingredients stays the same and the measurement.. 😉😊 You can do this.. Hope you enjoy.. Thanks a lot... 😉😊

A fantastic recipe. Im currently cooking it the second time as i type this! When the pork is cooking after the water has been poured into the wok, do you completely cover or only slightly to allow the water to reduce?
