I have always loved preparing fish. Its almost like an art. I would love to meet this guy and learn from him some Japanese dishes. Love to see such passion.
It's not a new knife. It's a crazy knife that cuts through fish like butter. I seen them using this knife in Taiwan cutting up huge tuna like butter. Always wanted to know where I can buy one.
