Just a thought, but I would of went with choice band and solar blade (it got solar blade in the dlc.) Mostly since Leafeon is only somewhat bulky but not bulky enough to rely on a set up move first imo. Especially since you have to bank on the other team using a physical attacker. With chlorophyll and a choice band you can just immediately go into attacks in the sun with that 125 base solar blade over leaf blade. I do however do think the tera fire was a nice choice. Edit: or life orb.
Amazing video. Can you tell me how you teambuild so well, i also like using underused mons but i can never build a good team out of them. Also a driftblim team would be fun to see.
Ngl you threw the first game, if you Leaf Blade and switch Tornadus into Groudon you win 100%, on the turn you Sunny Day and SD But all g tho, we're all greedy sometimes, and the opponent which won was using rare mons, which actually makes me feel not that bad about the L lol
No you’re so right, just taking damage on Kyogre would have won easily - my hubris got the better of me haha. I’ll gladly lose to Klawf any day though!
@@slamgaming32Ye ye for sure, and also not mentioning the double taunt lead, was very interesting by you, even tho you almost never used it, this can break a mental herb mon in a very specific scenario Also a recommendation, try to bring if possible all the mons of the team on the video, at least in one battle, just to show them off as well, that bring different matchups and scenarios for us, I think this make the battles more entertaining to watch
Love the vid! Whilst I may not like leafeon so much design-wise, I think it’s mechanically one of the more interesting eeveelutions. Here to encourage my favourite Pokémon ever, Minoir! It can definitely cook with shell smash + white herb acrobatics, and it’s shiny is SO beautiful!
Wholly agree with it being the least favorite Eeveelution but also not hating it, just nothing to really write home about. The original 3 will always be iconic, Umbreon and Espeon will always be top 2, glaceon just being “cooler” and Slyveon just being better at like everything.
Nice episode, sometimes it's good to make an episode with a Pokémon that has the stats to do something without a bottle of Adde-I mean, Proteins. 😅 Anyway, I'm really peeved that Leafeon and Glaceon still have the 2nd ability slot empty, when it could be used to make them less Weather dependent. Or, for max irony, make em weather setters, it gets boring seeing Alolan Ninetails everywhere.
Loved the video Slam! I was waiting for this one to come out, specially beacause I love leafeon a lot haha. Loved the strat too, that was fire. Can't wait for the next video! (Hopefully trevenant haha)
