By Lego’s logic figures are $5… since this set is missing 2 figures (a shadow trooper/4th storm trooper and a 4th rebel) it should be $35🤷🏻‍♂️

$45 is not a battle pack. Battle packs are supposed to be cheap army builders so you can buy multiples. Who is buying multiple $45 sets to army build in this economy lol

It's nice to see a new lego rebel vehicle, but for 45 dollars seems expensive. The pilot area for the imperial drop ship does seem a bit goofy.

The Rebel Scout Speeder 7668 set was my first lego star wars set, I was hyped when I saw the thumbnail, but 45 Dollars? yeah no thank you, I remember the 7668 was something like 10-15€ with 4 great minifigs

This set made me cry of joy. As someone that doesn't own the original rebels battle or the original and 20th anniversary battle pack Strom trooper battle pack I'm so hyped for this set.

I love how they updated the shapes of the ships. These builds are far better than the original versions which I have nostalgia for. Amazing adaptations!

Guys chill remember lego could still change the price since this is just a leak. But yeah i get it if it isn’t changed that would be a bummer but i just want to reassure it might just have a price of 39.99 still overpriced but realistically by lego standards.

I think the droid is QT-KT, from the D-Squad episodes of TCW.

$45 is probably around £38, which is mental when both of these sets cost around £9 when they came out in around 2008

Should have come with either a stormtrooper commander or shadowtrooper and a rebel field officer or specialist. Maybe add 2 small barricade/environment like side builds and you have a sick set for 40 to 45 dollars.

Oh hell yeah imma buy a couple of these for sure! Similarly to the clones vs droids battlepack we got, they have now remade all of the original 4 battlepacks. Hopefully we get a set similarly to this one based on the battle of endor.

Goodness, Lego SW is now going crazy with it’s prices, $55 peridia set, $80 Sarlacc pit, now $45 rebel and imperial battle pack, but missing 2 extra figures and comes with pink QT-KY

Wow, I own the empire builds, both the 2008 and 2019 versions. My cousin had the rebel build long ago. Update, the astromech droid was in the cw droid squad arc, she has the magnet to pull or throw stuff at enemies.

So my first 2 Lego Star Wars sets were these 2008 battle packs and while I absolutely understand the outrage over the prices I am insanely happy and exicited for this and will be buying several

I'll probably buy it if it's on sale. I am pretty disappointed that the 20th anniversary figure is QT-KT because I wanted R2-KT😢.

Compare this price/value proposition to the Tantive 4 boarding set, I don’t think $45 is that far off. It’s not a battle pack, it’s a battle set.

I called it!!! When they released the clone and droid battle pack I had a feeling they would at least remake the rebel battle pack to round out all the 4 original battle packs

Excited to have a modern Rebel Scout Speeder, but the Imperial Dropship does look super goofy and the value of $45 is just not there, especially without the Shadow Trooper and a fourth Rebel Fleet Trooper. Also, missed opportunity to include another really cool anniversary figure in this set. P.S., I love that AFOLs call the current Stormtroopers, "Family Guy Stormtroopers". It's so true; I don't know why LEGO decided to have the helmet mold be so large 🤣.

Like this is a set I’ve wanted for years since I always wanted to get many of the rebel troopers (I bought the gang I’ve set for example) but 45 dollars it’s a really sketchy price , like the clones vs battle droids pack doesn’t even cost that much if I’m not mistaken , but if you ask Lego that’s because battle droids aren’t mini figures and all the characters in this set are

Looks like they might bring out a V-Wing for next year since they used that same windshield part on the imperial dropship in the 2014 v wing but I could be wrong, lego doesn’t use a random windshield out of nowhere unless it’s gonna be used again later down the line or in other themes (could be other theme related, but fingers crossed)

I’d say for there to be a better deal if it came with the shadow trooper from the original and another rebel trooper

Pretty much every Star Wars set that has been revealed this year have felt too expensive. Like this set should be around the same price as the 501st and clone v droid battle packs. Maybe $5 more expensive since there’s more minifigs instead of battle droids but still

The original scout speeder and drop ship were the first two Lego Star Wars sets I got as a kid for Christmas. They’re extremely nostalgic for me. I don’t see $45 of value here. At best I see like $35. They’re using my nostalgia against me

DUDE! That was my favorite set as a kid! The rebel fleet trooper is my favorite minifig and so that was the first set I ever tried to hoard lol I'm definitely gonna be picking up a handful of those. I also adore the decals and shaping on the rebel speeder Dude, top set of the year, easily.

To me the highlights here are the ship builds. I think it's such a great Star Wars set that has it all. Cool ship builds, figures to build an army, and exclusive minifig (QTKT). I don't know about the price, I think it would've been fine if we got one a bit more special figure like a clone commander equivalent for storm troopers (sorry I dont know the terminology). But still, these builds are a lot more substantial than regular builds we get with battle packs so I guess the price makes some sense.

Finally a set I’ll actually buy

After debating for a while I concluded that this set is fairly priced as the builds you get are bigger than battle pack size when compared with the 501 and 332 packs, also inflation

Man this looks nice but really should not be 45 dollars. Plus it's a lego store exclusive so getting this for cheaper during a sale is going to be pretty much impossible. Why Lego can release sets that are incredibly priced like the 30 dollar mega battle pack while at the same time releasing sets that are this overpriced is beyond me. Who is coming up with these prices?

1:59, exactly, since battlepacks include 4 figs, and are $20 now, two of them combined should have 8 figs total, and if they so wanted to leave out a fig from each the price should also have been lowered

I am irritaed with the price but on the otherhand I am glad to finally have some sort of rebel battlepack, here is me hoping we can get some rogue one sets in the future

Aside from the outrageous pricepoint, I really like how this set is a homage to the rebel scout speeder and imperial dropship battlepacks from 2008. Such an amazing way to celebrate lego star wars' 25th anniversary.

Looks great, but has issues: -the dropship looks off -a little expensive -should have a shadow trooper Other than that it’s fantastic. Just wish one of these anniversary figures would be Rebel Friend from Lego Star Wars the complete saga

This is undoubtedly one of the best battle packs of all time, no matter what era. The only thing holding it back is the “family guy” storm troopers with the semi new helmet design. If it was the old helmet design from a few years back, this would be THE best battle pack of all time

This better go on sale because lego is going insane with these prices
