It's just eye strain though.. We have bluelight filters, be it on your monitor(Which most have now), or even in Windows 10 itself. We also have special glasses. IMO this is more or less a very niche product/gimmick for most. This isn't going to magically fix your eye strain if you have it though, either. There are very many factors that contribute to eye strain. It's not a cure-all. Bias as fuck, I'm disappointed, Foxy.

I’m sorry you feel that way. I used to get eye strain pretty bad. You can see it in my eyes if you look at my videos from about 12-18 months ago. My eye doc is the one that suggested using a desk lamp while I work since I do almost all of my editing at night. You can see in the footage that I have a lamp on top of my PC to conserve space and I usually have it pointed the other direction to keep it from being too harsh. TBH, most desk lamps would probably work for this purpose if you’re willing to put the time in to finding a practical spot for it and a bulb temp that doesn’t conflict too harshly with your ambient lighting. The ScreenBar is nice because it takes care of a lot of that fine-tuning for you. I appreciate your feedback and hope to see it in future videos as well. Thanks for keeping me honest.
