I received several little samples of the Jones Road Miracle Balm as a gift. I love them all as lip balms, but they just don't do anything for my face. They need more pigment. I've head others say that exact thing, too. I also have normal skin, so the balms are a bit too heavy for me....except in the very dry middle of winter. Love the idea but have never bought any full sizes, nor will I. For use, they seem like they would only work alone...never over makeup. They are more on the emollient side, so they'd remove anything you already have on your skin. Great video, Mandy. Love to see the makeup that doesn't work so well, too. Those are so helpful to me when I go shopping for new products, so I thank you. 🙏🏻💕
I LOOOOVE the Plumping Lifter Glosses. My favorite combo is Iconic nude liner, and Lifter Gloss in Hot Honey. This is such a great combo! I love the heat from the gloss. The hotter the better for me. I have been searching for a cheaper gloss that compares with Lip Injections. So far the Lifter gloss is the best
Wow your hair looks so soft and gorgeous in this video! I'm working hard to grow mine back out after I lost over half of it when I had the virus two years ago. I had to cut off over a foot of curls because it was so thin and stringy and, as you know, it takes forever to grow out curly hair.
I’ve been trying and hating powder highlighters for years but keep trying them hoping one day I’ll find one, and I finally found that the new one from L’Oréal is my favorite one I’ve ever found. I realized that I love a highlighter with a transparent base, and everything I’ve ever tried left a cast over my blush and looked terrible on me
I have been using the balm for months now, I love it!!!My shade is definitely darker than what you have and I use it with foundation and without makeup. it gives a beautiful look on the skin if you are using it alone just to give color without foundation.
I think you were right that the eyeshadow presented differently in person than on camera. I thought that and the lips were standouts…and, of course, your hair!
I think the eyes are very pretty. The bronzer drops are, I believe, supposed to go under foundation to give your skin a color boost. I love the lifter liners and the plumping gloss, but I like that sensation on my lips.

The balms have to be pressed in and warmed up to be used effectively. It's still balm like (hence the name, JR is the same), but you dont get the correct pigmentation unless you break the seal. You essentially just put the mostly clear seal on your face and lips. It's much more pigmented than showed up. I don't know if I'm making sense, it'd probably be more effective to watch a video on it. They have one on the JR site, I don't know if Revolution has one.
Ohhh man the whole time you were talking about that cheek balm I’m thinking noooo, no no, do NOT put that over your foundation, you’re going to ruin your whole look 😂🤦🏻♀️. I’ve already made that mistake unfortunately lol. That balm blush works well if you’re not wearing any foundation, or not much makeup at all. What I do is, I wear the CoverGirl skin perfector, the one with the beads in it. Because that’s such light coverage. Then I will dab on that balm blush over it, just for a hint of color on my cheeks….Mascara and I’m out the door. The balm is good for days you just need a little color on your cheeks and no makeup
Those are the two shades of Lifter liner at the top of my list to try! But I will avoid the plumping lifter gloss like the plague! I cannot stand a super strong plumping burn...
Is it possible that it is like Jones Road, and you need to break the seal? Every ad I see for Jones Road, they press hard and dig into the product. Maybe give it another try. I am so glad you used and committed on the spicy Lifter gloss. Thank you.
Good Afternoon Mandy: The finished look was beautiful and you’ve lightened your locks and they look excellent. Love Makeup Revolutions highlighters. Just bought a Revolution Pro palette on the Amazonian and several can double as powder blushes. I will try a Lifter gloss now because yours looks SO good. Love the Channel. Have fun at your Wedding. I have the Revolution balms in darker colors and love them. They are not as soft and sticky as yours and have nice color payoff. Yours looks like Vaseline! I don’t expect coverage from a skin tint product.
Like the little sponge pads. Really interrested in the lipliners. The rest is a no for me. I absolutely hate balmy sticky thinks on bij cheeks. I prefer powder bronzer,blush and highlighter. From our side you do look pretty. But I was wondering if you end up doiing your make over?
I hated the Revolution Dewy Tint. Ugh. Toooooo glowy and damp for me. Never dried down. I REALLY wanted to like it because it’s SUCH a great price for how much you get!!! Maybe if you have dry skin it would work…??
I bought some Revolution products in the past, big disappointment so I never went back, also, cream blushes...do they feel sticky or do they get dry like powder ones?...I would hate to go kiss a family or friend and have a sticky cheek...lol....how do they feel, never had a cream or liquid blush....thanks.

That Revolution color glaze/balm in the metal tin ruined your foundation/concealer application. A stupid product. Can't see why anyone would want to use it after seeing this video.
