ABOUT THIS HOME
The private lift foyer area exudes hotel lobby vibes. Full-height Japanese-style wallpaper from KIN Atelier covers the 4.5m foyer wall. The sideboard is complete with luxurious detailing, with carpentry to conceal the riser and DB box.
Heading into the unit, the entire house is done in a modern contemporary, modern luxury theme with slight English elements. The open-concept kitchen has a huge island with dark quartz top, and built-in quartz kitchen feature. A special broom closet was also designed to conceal the bin chute.
The herringbone vinyl flooring gives the entire home a sophisticated look, and 1.8m dining table doubles as work and study area. The dining area also has an intricate pendant light that looks like an art installation.
Going into the living room, the TV feature wall is immediately the star and highlight of the space. The feature wall has curved edges and resembles a fireplace, complete with porcelain tiles. Furniture from Kings Living and a Bvlgari marble-style coffee table complete the look.
The Crate and Barrel bed frame gives the master bedroom a unique touch, while the L-shaped wardrobe maximises storage space. A tip for small bedrooms is to have sliding folding doors for the wardrobe, to help overcome narrow walkway space.
Last but not least, the master bathroom resembles a 6-star hotel bathroom, complete with a bathtub. Floor tiles from Hafary have an anti-slip matt surface which is safer for children. The custom his and hers stone basin along with glossy wall tiles gives the bathroom an extra oomph effect.
