To be fair, i've never seen Ground Zero THAT calm before. That was some Streamer RNG right there. Whenever i go Ground Zero on PvE, i get ass-loaded by lvl 50 PMC's tossing nades across the map and hauling my ass with VAL's and HK416's. Headshotting me from 300 meters.

Ai is same Pmc have specific spawn points on each map, their ai is from rogues = laser Their level and gear is randomized l, can be 1 or group to 6 Reasons to play: there is no wipe, so when you are no streamer and you are playing the game few hours per week, you never enjoy endgame gear or tasks, now you can. You can try new quests, gear, learn the game and quests. And mostly : no cheaters there

I went and did a PvE kappa rush and actually had a fun time doing it, yeah not as challenging but still fun enough to casually play with a friend who’s learning the game if they had EOD and never played the actual game much

I wish my first PVE raids were that chill. I had boss level accuracy raiders (PMCs) all over lol. I haven't played in a bit though, so they have probably changed some things.

SBH can be done because there are spots where the AI PMC are known to spawn in some maps like customs the RUAF road is common spot for PMC AI to be so you can sit big red and get a few kills, but most often if you look at them with your scope they see you too and start cracking BP from their m4a4 with a red dot at you from like 180 meters away

11:28 I did shooter born for pve, actually pretty easy once you learn the pmc spawn locations. Ground zero you get wayyyy more pmc encounters when you get past the map level cap. 14:04 iirc the quest doesn't have a distance requirement anymore for shooter born. its just head shots with a bolty.

The ai scav shooting and killing the second ai scav, then getting attacked and killed by the third ai scav was gold

SPT's mod with friends doesnt always work. I tried two different coop mods and neither would work, could never get anyone to connect

If you're playing this over SPT with saines ai mod installed ur a crazy person. The ai listens for when you heal to push ffs.

pre-level 20 ground zero is much more quiet that normal runs. pmcs also have designated spawns and wander patterns. for GZ, you hav in the main courtyard in front of terragroup, between the bank and terragroup near the car, on the road to nakatani. gz has low pmc spawn locations compared to other maps like lighthouse, interchange, reserve, etc.

When this last wipe came everyone including myself were singing their praise. In a couple months they completely shit the bed. WTF Nakita, you should step down.

I gave up on BSG Dayz and ABI have been fun though!

If you all had questions about PVE mode ask me anything. It's a ton of fun to play to help really learn all the maps (especially labs) in a less stressful way. Some quests even seem harder because bosses are close to a 100% spawn rate so you inevitably have to get good at killing them to finish tasks. AI PMCs roam to a certain degree but they also kill AI scavs and then tend to mill around that area so you end up finding them in heavy scav areas instead of high loot areas, they also don't extract and tend to not be anywhere near extracts because there are few extracts that scavs are near.

It helped me as a new player find where task items are and find good loot spots on all the maps that i didn’t know where even there. Other than that it gets really boring. Once wipe hits i doubt I’ll even touch it.

SPT modded is king (co-op, better AI, no CHEATERS)

Once I got past level 10, ground zero became an absolute war zone in PvE. I'm 30 now, and I have to bring in a ton of ammo to get through interchange. It's a lot of fun with all the PMCs mixed in

I've played currently PvE to lvl 24 and going back to Ground Zero post lvl 20 is VERY different. You get very high level AI PMC's and they're tough. Also there seems to be an update to AI where they travel a great distance following sounds - this includes bosses and PMC AI. I've taken high ground (in places like Reserve) to watch AI PMC interact with Scavs - and they have very different tactics to each other. Keep with it for a bit and see what you think. What is refreshing is you don't have the obnoxious cheaters. So actually I've returned to really enjoying Tarkov once more.

I’m focusing on pve now, today was my last straw. I only really play when my cousin is on, I’m level 11 started playing this wipe 2-3 weeks ago. I have a 64% survival rate. The first 2 weeks really nothing to sus happened except once but we were also running around the map a lot. This week I’ve had over 5 sus moments, 3 ik for a fact we’re hacking, this only difference to how we played last week and the week before is playing more passive and holding a location. I assume in playing this way it gives hackers the time to run over to you and get an advantage vs how we played the first 2 weeks just running from point to point doing task killing Scavs and pmc when the opportunity is available and extracting. After this last raid today I might not ever come back to pvp. I had my best kit meta sr I got dropped a geared chad in woods in town by vehicle extract camped his body for 5-10 minutes . After we knew it was clear and scanned the entire area i loot, I had dropped him by the car in between 2 story and 1 story so I had decent coverage, my cousin watched the surrounding area close to me. Right after I get done lotting he gets one tapped while pacing back and forth. Shoots came from the car side so i knew I had cover from him. Few seconds later he starts shooting a bolt action vpo like a dmr for a few shoots like he was trying to shoot me thru or under the car, btw like I said we cleared the whole area extremely well and I had only been looting for less than a minute. I pop vaseline and stand up and run make it 2 foot before im one tapped level 5 helmet. His stats were level 2 or 3, only 3 raids 100% extraction 11 kills and 300 hours, he also had level 5 armor so I know he kilt another chad in one of his first 2 raids. What sucks is that’s the 3rd time just today dying a sus way and no way to check so your never fully know if they were if they don’t get banned.

I started playing PVE and its such a nice break from head eyes from a bush/corner/hacker/extract camper. I can play Reserve without the panic attack going to D2

Just like everyone said (i know im late) pve scavs are the easy bots just in swarm, then you got the PMC which are cracked like Ready or not AI. is shoot or get shot when you encounter them with their aim. they hardly miss

Spt so far for me has been way way better. Best part is I can change all the setting to what I want. Pmcs and player scavs get their new ai but normal scavs and bosses are same as live for me. I can rat pmcs when they extract. I can move all items from a backpack into a container with one button. And you can change the difficulty whenever you want. The hardest part I found was getting all the settings tuned for what I wanted

I ran into a 4 "Man Stack" my 1st PVE raid. It was just like raiders. I usually run into laser aim bot PVE PMCs every raid. Great practice.

I went to SPT when the culling happened, played all the way through and havent touched tarkov since. I have escaped.

There needs to be a way to replay the raid sessions like Insurgency Sandstorm has so you can go back and get instant proof of the dude cheating. It would also help new players understand their mistakes, I know I quit playing online tarkov because I would randomly die all the time without any clue where I was shot from

Recently got shot in the neck through armor that wasn’t even damaged in the neck when I got it back from insurance. With .45 ACP from a level 6 lmao. I also had high ground and was standing with no area of my neck visible. I think armor still needs some more work too 😂

For the people struggling to load into pve quick make sure you manually select servers in the bsg launcher ever since I turned off auto I always load under 5 mins

spt is an older version thats the only thing I started normal pve because spt has a pretty old version rn and I had eod anyways

Top Pro that speaks FOR PvE: No Cheater. You can get to know the game, quests, spots without hacker, wipes, etc. What we need for PvE: Difficulty settings not only for Training. Let players increase individually the AI of Scavs, Raider, Bosses and AI PMC, so better and more experience player can enjoy PvE too! What we need for PvP: Better AntiCheat + Deathcams (for Hacker detection), but visible only after Raids (so non-hacking rats/camper can finish their play in that raid). Change my mind.

Even a hardcore streamer like this got frustrated with the hackers in PVP, so I guess there's no guilt for a casual gamer like me to enjoy PVE

Remember, the hackers are this bad ON PURPOSE. Nikita himself has said if you make it bad enough the legit players will "Pay for all kinds of fluff" to be able to beat the cheaters.

The first few raids do not have pmc. I think it could be tied to a quest completing.

yeah, the first 20 levels on ground zero are "newbie friendly" mode... Past that, bosses and PMCs are MUCH more frequent. "Can you extract snipe AI PMCs?" Now you can.

And this is why I won't be playing tarkov going forward, it used to be possible to play for a few weeks before the population fell enough that you started getting cheaters in your game frequently but there are SO MANY PEOPLE with hacks now it's basically every other game right from the start of wipe.

one big reason for me to play this over SPT is that i receive updates automatically and no resets. in SPT its resetting with updates sometimes.

I play Pve mode and havnt tried spt, cuz i dont want to download a bunch of crap, i can just click over, also no dsync, games smooth, and less hacky.

the AI PMCs on PVE have made me a better player than any real life players have.. they just have to make it so you can run into them in more places.. it seems like you can avoid them for 100 raids in a row on some maps, if you wanted.

The pretty much only reason for PvE over SPT is that you get "seamless" updates. Manually carrying over progress in SPT between updates was a chore.

the issue with spt is its fairly intensive to set up the co-op, and my buddy is lazy, so we just play pve

When I stopped playing EFT a couple wipes ago I had cheaters in 50% of my raids and now it's even worse... yeah really good incentive to come back to the game.

For someone who has limited time to game PvE has been one of the best things for this game in my opinion, I just downloaded sptarkov to make the bots harder and make it feel like OG tarky

I love PvE. Im not a very good Tarkov Player and getting my Ass kicked alot in PvP Mode coz i dont have that much Time in my life to play the Game. So the PvE Mode is absolutely perfect for someone like me. Im having alot of fun playing it. The Bosses are still very hard to beat at the beginning and PMCs acting pretty smart sometimes. Its a challenging Mode for People learning the game and perfect for practice. And. the best of all, NO CHEATERS OR EXIT CAMPERS !!!! I feel finally Free and can enjoy the Game !

Everyone I know that played this game has switched to PVE because we are all tired of the 60%+ cheater population. PVP is dead. I can't believe that there are so many losers that have to hack this game. I'm a 2017 alpha backer. Will never PVP zone again.

The best parts about PVE mode are that there is no cheaters (AI sometimes might as well be cheating lol) and the loot is there. Someone hasn't hack vacuumed it all up.

"Insurance works 100%" Bro a month or 2 ago, they had it tuned so scavs and PMCs were breaking down your entire weapon and you'd get nothing back but a receiver from Insurance. For my first few weeks, I got nothing back but my backpacks, if that. Seems to be basically 100% now, which doesn't make any sense, either.

I was checking wipe info everyday for last 2 months and now I learn 3 days after a wipe about a wipe from a random vid that started playing in a backgound while at work.

I've been playing SPT since the controversy. It's better than PVE. No queue times or cheaters. It's much better.

You get to that point in all pc games that you run into just to many hackers and are over it. There isn't a fps pvp game I've played online that didn't have hackers and wasn't eventually ruined the end game experience.

SPT is the way to go. it has coop now and can edit the game to play how you want. Make spawns insane. make it as easy or hard as you want. spt all day

So this is another reason why I don’t even have tarkov installed anymore. They really need to do something about these cheaters/hackers instead of making a $250 version of the game

PvE is the way. Remember how shitty Elden Rings was with getting invaded while you're just trying to vibe with your friends? Then the PvP nerds cried on Reddit about how the Seemless Coop mod killed PvP. If you want to ruin it for hackers, you gotta switch to the PvE Zone to truly appreciate the game. Kinda wild that PvP Tarkov isn't even fun for Lvndmark anymore. PvE = no hackers, just friends and a wipe on your time.

SPT let's you adjust bot counts and behaviors. Also expands the walk ways AI can take so they can go to EVERY part of the map. Makes PvE Tarkov a far better experience. BSG is giving me Ukraine president vibes... Not to get political but anyone paying attention knows what I mean. lol

It'd be cool if ai pmc emulated real streamers. They could be buffed or nerfed to resemble skillsets of the player base without the risk of cheaters being present

Played ground zero a lot the past few day's in PVE. Map has never been this quit.. Very weird.

We got exactly what we asked for.

Trust me theres lots of pmc bots on there i dunno maybe your lvl on there is too low but trust me groups of them like come down the main road and it gets dicey sometimes youll love it just gotta progress a bit more
