Hi Nisha, has it been brought to your attention that it could be the IUD coil causing your problems? It's quite common that they can shift or otherwise cause injury. Bloating can be a sign of this. At the beginning of this year I had a period every 10 days or so & they were heavy 😔 But since March I haven't had a period at all. Will be thinking of you Nisha ❤️ I love long hair on you 😊 & im growing my hair again. Nisha, i really like your new table and your arrangement is beautiful. I had a very quiet Christmas with my son, we ate out Christmas Eve and i cooked Christmas day. Don't worry until you know, it's hard. However, this happened to me the year before I stopped. My doctor was so good at his caring for my health. Everything worked out just like he told me. I just had to deal with two periods a month for about 8 months and I stopped and felt so much better. Wishing you good health and sending healing prayers.

Hi Nisha! To find out what I had years ago, I had to do my own research! I investigated on my own, asking my doctor for prescriptions. I went to see several doctors 2 physiatrists, 2 gastroenterologists, 2 neurologists and more for my fibromyalgia diagnosis! A lesser-known disease at the time and often misdiagnosed! Sometimes you have to take matters into your own hands to get answers! Very nice piece of furniture I bought. Long hair makes you look younger! My hair is longer than these extensions and I love it. There are so many tutorials for long hair! Have a good end of the week! Happy New Year to you and your family! xxx

Nisha, love your hair! I know how you feel about your new table. My mom had some beautiful antique coffee tables, I always loved them, and coveted them, she would laugh and say when im gone, you can have them. Well I have them now, but I would give anything to not have them if you know what I mean. Good luck with your scan! Menopause is a real pain, im so glad to be done with it. Lol😂

Nisha, your HRT issues sound very similar to mine. I went onto continuous progesterone with my HRT patch and had the same thing - periods didn't stop but got lighter, and for the last 2 months I've had spotting throughout the month. I used to be very regular too, so this erratic pattern is definitely a change for me. I was told that if I'm still having periods then I'm not ready to go on continous progesterone so we're trying me back on the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off to see if the pattern goes back to normal. I have to say my GP surgery is brilliant as they really explain everything to me, why things happen and what the options are so that I can make informed choices for my treatment. I'd recently had a scan and was told I had small fibroids but the gynaecologist was satisfied they were not serious. So for my own situation, we're modifying my HRT to see if it helps, as the changes coincided with me having gone onto continuous progesterone. May or may not help you, but thought I'd share just in case. 🤗 Oh and I think long hair looks great on you 😊

I’m sorry to hear your going through all your Womens problems . I had a prolapse at 44 and decided to have a full hysterectomy,thelot taken away ,it’s the best thing I ever did ,so if your offered one take it ,you will feel so much better . Happy new year 🎉❤

Happy New Year, Nisha! Would you please consider doing some sort of video to help me pack for an extended "visit" to Liverpool, UK? Merry Christmas, Nisha. Love your videos and always look forward to them. I am very glad you are taking time to be with family and friends and some time for yourself. Christmas begins on the 25th and ends on the 6th and we should take this time off. Love the hair but I understand how you feel about the length, it looks great in the updo so maybe you can style this long hair up? I had a really bad haircut from a ‘high class’ salon. My long hair was ruined and now it is choppy from poor layering and sits just at my shoulders. Do you or any of your viewers have any ideas how to grow it out. I can just manage a 5-6” pony tail. I also agree that we have to do our research and take care of ourselves. Have a very happy new year.

It’s always nice to see you, your new video camera is so crisp and clear, which one did he get you? Beautiful console table, the greenery adds a nice touch, you are super talented. Fairy lights would also add a nice contrast. I was 32 when I had your problem with my female parts, turned out to be fibroids, and I had hysterectomy, still have ovaries. I love the terrarium your husband has I’ve tried it, and like you anything greenery I kill it Hair extensions are nice for a change but not for every day, they match your hair color perfectly. Nisha, your new camera is so clear so maybe it was a blessing. It makes for a nice video! You are always so lovely! I hear you on the medical front and it is very frustrating. Your system is different than here in the U.S. but I find you have to be your own advocate and sometimes figure things out on your own. I think I have a pinched nerve in my neck/shoulder and it happened right before the holidays. It has been impossible to get to anyone and everyone seems to be on holiday. I use their online appointment request and never hear back. I follow up with a phone call and don't get a call back. Something is happening that isn't helping people in need. I had to figure it out on my own and find some exercises on RU-vid that have been so helpful! Where would we be without RU-vid??? Wishing you and your family a wonderful New Year!
