Nick, how are you handling budget changes with the new 7-day pacing system on Facebook? For example, if an account spends 20% less on a particular day (relative to the budget), and this results in an on-target acquisition cost and improved overall performance, should you still looking to increase the budget by 20% over the same 24-hour period?

Hi Nick I see that facebook is saying 2 adsets met the rule conditions of reduce audience fragmentation despite me following the 322 method. 1 CBO etc following your strategy. I am assuming I should just ignore facebook right?

I just don't worry about it and leave the adset on as long as it works as a whole

Things like ad creation, it go through multiple stages and each stage is dependent on different people. How do you create a timeline. For example, a creator video in my estimation took 2 weeks on minimum, from start to end, from idea to final video. Should i stress my team to complete the video in two weeks? How much should we stress on the timeline? In creative work process, timeline is always a question. Should we let the work flow on its own and we just focused on day-day tasks or should we stress on the due dates and on what extent?

Average production is 2 weeks. Just need to focus on the day to day tasks that allow for a new creative to be finished everyweek. The first one will take 2 weeks but as you get the wheel rolling, one new one should come out every week

By our hypothesis for that concept being true or false, true being the adset worked and scaled or false that it didn't get any spend and sucked

Hi nick, i have three creatives in one adset. I got 5 pictures and a video to work with. Can you have an image in one crative and a video in another cretive under the same adsets. Does it work or do you think I should divide it so that there are 2 adsets with 3 and two ads in it and then make an adset with only one video in it?

I would keep images and videos in seperate adsets when testing

Nick hi, I'm having a big problem with seeing dynamic creative breakdowns. I can't see which hook is good and which hook is selling. I even changed my ad account and the problem is not solved. Is there any way to deal with this kind of error? Right now my whole strategy is based on 3-2-2.

Only triple whale if you're on shopify. You can use hyros for anything outside of shopify

Thanks Nick, I needed this. I change my ad structure last two week for 8.8 mega sale GMV Growth - so many testing & scaling CBO. (Your ad structure -1 product 1 CBO before, do great).After mega sale, yesterday and today ad account roas and cpa are so bad. I ready to change back your structure, only keep Minimum daily spend $5 in 1 product 1 CBO. Because I find some new adset with $5 will run great cpa & roas. Is it OK?
