When it comes to rollercoasters, are you like Linda or Jon? Apabila bercakap tentang rollercoaster, adakah anda seperti Linda atau Jon?

I love that mall! I stay at the airbnb connected to lalaport and always take the overpass to Berjaya bc it has lots to see + my kids love the rides👌. Have you been to ICC pudu hawker center? 15 min walk frm there and delicious chinese/malay options for brunch 👌

03:13 it's bihun /meehon siam. Bihun is a thin rice noodle. Siam is the old name of Thailand. Malaysian have tendency to name other places name to our cuisine, sometimes related or unrelated the cuisine 😅 And sirap bandung are unrelated at all to Bandung Indonesia 😅

@Yasin_Affandi
@Yasin_Affandi Месяц назад
Just to let you guys know, bungkus is a typical lifestyle tradition in Malaysia, nasi lemak bungkus, nasi bungkus etc are some of the common comfort street food, especially from the open night markets where everything is taken away, bungkus, or wrapped. Gone are the days, about a decade ago, the RM1 nasi lemak bungkus, or nasi goreng bungkus, or bihun/kway teow bungkus from the roadside vendors. Things used to be much cheaper in Malaysia, not so long ago, just over a decade.
@Yasin_Affandi
@Yasin_Affandi Месяц назад
Since Linda mentioned that she likes noodles since she was a kid, I do hope that you guys have tasted some of the delicious noodles in Malaysia. The common comfort noodles are the stir fried noodles, stir fried bihun (vermicelli), stir fried char kway teow, but there are some of the delicious noodles with broth like curry laksa, asam laksa, prawn noodles, and many more types of noodles, including the instant noodles from the grocery stores.

In case Jon wants to know, the tall building outside the window is the TRX Tower, the second tallest building in KL after the Merdeka 118 Tower, the 2nd tallest building in the world. Adjacent to it is the TRX Exchange Mall, and on top of it is a rooftop garden and kids recreational area.

A long time ago before WW2 Thailand was called Siam . Mee Siam is not a thai dish but a Malaysian dish its Malaysian "idea" of thai food hence a lot of thai flavors. Another one is Nasi Pattaya has a thai name but isn't thai its Malaysian . Its fried rice wrapped in omelet its very similar to Japanese Omuraisu . Bungkus means to wrap or take away. Kawkaw is a slang its been awhile umm i think it means cute/trendy/hip or fashionable or all of that (do they still use that slang ? *shrug*. its almost like saying "groovy" lol ).

@@BingoandBinew I think i might have a mistake Kawkaw appears to be a Chinese hokkien word for "strong" . I've always thought it was a slang. Its usually used to describe food. Kawkaw coffee would be a strong coffee. Bungkus could mean solid? maybe? or tightly wrapped perhaps.

@@BingoandBinew people used to climb and hike those hills as it offers scenic view - one side is the city while on the other side it is lush green forest and water catchment reservoir. However due to its rocky and being narrow (just few meters wide), several incidents has made the area restrictive to the public. You can Google Klang Gates Quartz Ridge - it's even proposed to become a UNESCO World Heritage site.

You were on the 8th floor’s escalator i saw the 7 eleven’s signboard in the back, guess what, thats my office haha thats the hq. Basically from the 6-10th floors you can find Berjaya Group of companies tht are occupying the spaces (711, paris baguette, kenny rogers, sports toto etc) glad that you liked the mall.
