Freeman was the first auditor I saw on RU-vid and I've been hooked ever since. I love how he shatters their egos and defines to "them" the limits of their citizen given authority. Awesome educator. Having said that I also look to you Direct D because you are another great auditor and educator. Keep up the good work and maybe there will be a time when you and awesome people like you are no longer needed.

So the city manager used to lock his own people away for petty offenses as a prosecutor, and he also wants you to admit to criminal intent and possibly terrorism. Makes sense.
I love how after asking “are you using this footage for nefarious reasons” and “do you plan on hurting anybody” the City Manager said “well than what is the reason then?” As if those are the only reasons someone could possibly be filming inside a public building 😂
He is the GOAT .,and the first person I watched. He is great at making points that should make people think about how unfree this country really is. It just a camera that shines a lot of light on how far we have fallen and continue to fall. Unbridled power= tyranny
The last video where the detective had the tables turn on him and was being interrogated was hilarious and brilliant. I did feel sorry for him because he looked so flustered!
Most of the country's policing problems would be solved if they just taught the constitution. They won't though. Just like they don't teach the constitution in schools. They don't want anyone knowing it
For James I love the way he flips the script with the detective in the last part of this video, to watch that detective to feel what it is like to be on the side like a citizen vs cop was priceless.
I'm reading it, I was arrested for obstructing. I remember exactly what the judge said when my public defender said 1st amendment, me calling the cop an a-hole it was distracting him, delaying him from doing duties thus not protected, Guilty! THAT'S NOT RIGHT!
Safety is key. The people with badges have no problem violating Your rights and to spin it as to a negative to acquire your information. Criminals with a badge if you don’t STAND UP FOR YOUR RIGHTS.

It blows my mind that these so called officers of the law don't understand our rights in our own country especially in a public space. It's amazing what a camera can do when we are being filmed 24/7 but when we film they get scared and they're the ones with the firearms and threats of imprisonment this must change. Thank you for what you do to protect our rights stay safe.

James Freeman is one of the first auditors I've ever watched I actually think he's the very reason why I'm now subbed to hundreds of auditor chans and most of my content I watch is of auditing/Cop watching salute to the GOAT!!!
These people are so used to everyone blindly following their orders and directives that they dont know what to do when someone knows their self-appointed authority doesn't mean anything. They always think their subjective feelings of what is odd or suspicious gives them free reign to do whatever they want. They get hired at these places and think they own them. They seem to have no idea this is still a free country and what that entails. It's really astounding.
I just love the energy James Freeman brings in his interactions that perfectly replicates the authoritative posture that police and other government agents assume when approaching citizens. Funny how quick they are disarmed when they get the treatment from an informed citizen like James...

That last one is what got me into his channel. I had seen some of his vids but when that one came out, i watched every single one of his vids and shared them with anyone who would watch and I have watched every single video he has ever done since. His attitude, his confidence and his humour are all absolutely spot on. He is undoubtedly the goat of the entire community.
Youve got a 28 year prosecution vet turned city manager, a Chief of police, and 2 Lieutenant's who don't know people's rights and try to unlawfully ID people. It's crazy.
They know the constitution. We need to start recognizing that. But. They just don’t care about our rights. They violate them because the government and other boot lickers let them.

The government can ask all they want, however they do not have the right to stop any American without RAS of a crime, driving within 100 miles of the border is not a crime. I don't get it, Americans have no problem with losing their civil liberties by allowing to have constitutionally illegal checkpoints to prevent illegal immigration, but have an issue with building a wall that would help prevent said illegal immigration? WTF? How about this, WE THE PEOPLE give the government 900 miles instead of 100 miles from the border that way, just to be safe, they can put border patrol checkpoints anywhere in the U.S. and stop any American at anytime to make sure they are Americans. Wouldn't that be more efficient? Would that make you feel safer?

Almost every single one of them said “given today’s society.” Even they admit we live in a terrible society now. A lot of it is because we live in a police state. And they all say that the building or the parking lot belongs to them, not the public. “You’re ridiculous” says the cop that probably says those exact same things to others for no reason all the time.

That poor investigator probably has never lived that “detainment” down😁not this very day.
James Freeman was the second cop watcher I had ever seen. High Desert Community Watch/Philip was the first cop watcher video I ever had the privilege of watching. After that I was hooked on these types of videos. High Desert is gone now. My top three favorites nowadays are Direct D, Bay Area Transparency and Long Island Audits.
