always frustrating to see norse being played and making obvious bad moves, losing like 30 units sending them into 10 balista towers, why? same for the balistas crossing the wall and being killed by mercs.

I used to play AoM on a high level almost twenty years ago (AOT sanctuary expert staff), and its fun to see this game still being alive. However, it is also extremely dissapointing to see that nothing has been done with this imba. Eggy catapults, tower spam and free pop mercs - whats a norse to do?
It would be fine if people would sidebuild with mountain giants. They're hard to take down for everything except heroes or mass chariot archers. But for some reason people get too distracted or don't want to do it, maybe because of the favor cost.
Kimo wins with the wall and tower spam pretty much every time. No doubt he's a skilled player at that particular strat but it's a stretch to call him the top AOM player.
