If anyone didn't know, you can cycle through all the individual units to see their kills by repeatedly clicking their icon in the units tab of the replay (top left corner)
Idk if it's his cup of tea, but some of the maps on the modded hardest difficulty could be fun, if it's not just too easy for him as a 1v7 insane veteran 😂
I don’t even play sc2 but played when it first came out and bw. I watch your stuff consistently! It’s amazing you’re able to talk through the game while playing you’ve got an awesome thing going 👍🏼👍🏼 Nice to be about to feel like i understand what’s going on lol
Not gonna lie, the "Barracks Scout Bait into Bio" challenge sounds like it could be a lot of fun lol. Though I always love your videos no matter what, so just keep doing what you enjoy
Hey Marc after watching a bunch of serious pros at Katowice, it is nice to see some clownery 😂 thanks for the content such a nice change of pace. Would you ever consider casting viewers submitted replays. Maybe with a theme or challenge? Think it would be fun for the uthermal community.
Definitely check out the raven turret hotkey thing btw, something about select target being the same button and it lets you just hold down the autoturret button and it will spam as many as you have energy and space for
it's called ""rapid fire". As you say, you double bind select target to your auto turret hotkey (as well as default left-click), and then just hold down the hotkey to spawn at the mouse location. You can assign that button to abilities of other units as well to do the same trick, but you can only assign one spell for each unit to rapid fire. Typically you also want to change your system settings to maximum repeat-speed when you hold down the button, if you haven't already. It's been around for ages, I'd be surprised if marc isn't aware of it. In particular in the infestor-BL era it was very commonly used for spamming infested terrans when you wanted to spawn like 50+ of them essentially instantly, but it has uses for a lot of other spells as well. Not sure how mandatory it is when you have the APM of a pro, but definitely useful and a big quality of life trick for mortal players.
You can do this strategy like everyday for me 😼👍 I love your field view and field control and stuff. I would consider to bury at least 2 widowmines together. One is distraction - three are making huge damage!
I'm putting in my request for Excrete Creep and Contaminate to GM. Dunno if there should be unit limitations, but actually finding ways to use overlord abilities would be interesting to see! Who needs to be good at creep spread when you just bring a queen to the middle of the map while an overlord pukes everywhere?
Just a query, I don't suppose you'd consider turning off the XP thing? I think SC2 looks much nicer without that showing up every time you kill things.
Is the planetary armor bugged? At 12:16 it shows a planetary with 2 armor, but load space like Neosteel is finished... And if neosteel isn't finished, shouldn't it have 3 armor? Does it not show the base 3 armor?
The 2 you see on the icon, means +2 armor. Which it got from the neosteel upgrade. If you were to mouse over, it would say 5 armor, as a PF has 3 base armor.
mass raven raven auto turrets do 31.58dps over 10 seconds they are active, this makes it do a theoretical max of 315.8 damage. this is done by an 18 damage cannon, meaning the anti armor missile, costing 50% more energy at 75, will only increase the damage to 20, or an 11% increase, which is quite bad. since it costs more energy, the anti-armour missile should contribute to 1.5 times an auto-turret’s damage, and do more than 473.7 damage( or add 47.37 dps because it doesn’t matter) therefore, the only time where an antiarmor missile will be worth it is when ((315.8 * x) * 1.11) > (315.8 * (x+1.5)) where x is the number of auto turrets currently shooting. Doing the math, x must be > 13.63, so at 14 auto turrets (4 ravens at max energy) , it becomes worth it to anti armour. However, this does not take into account the fact that the 25 energy left over after the missile doesn’t contribute, so you’re technically losing out on 2 turrets, so it’s slightly more than that but i’d say if you had a flock of 15+ ravens going for a dive, it’s worth it to anti armour!
Currious about the energy per kill ratio, like how effective is the turrets per energy cost... would be interesting stat, sc2 needs a better end game stat window, unfortunately you need to then load it into a modded replay watcher, to get better stats, but I think sc2 would benefit from a Replay watcher mod, that has more things you can do. Faster watchign etc.
Diamond league? Which region were you in? I'm currently in the diamond league, wish I could meet you unexpectedly and be one of the video participants to be destroyed by your weird strategy.🤪
Jurors are a jury. Lemurs are a conspiracy. Ravens are an unkindness. However, here's the trick. English is a screwy language and the collective nouns are made up. If you search out those words in a dictionary you'll find no answers there beyond generic collective nouns like group or flock. Society agrees on common ones, like a murder or crows. Or a business of penguins because they are funny and a common animal. But most people walking down the road wouldn't know the difference between a murder of crows and an unkindness of Ravens. They'd just say "that's a big group of black birds" probably. Anyway, have fun with your new knowledge.
@@freddubius9333 hmm there must be a solution… other channels did this, too, IIRC. I know there are some browser plugins to hide the video length but doesn’t t work in IOS app, and it sucks to know the game is over in two minutes when the game still looks like its up in the air.
