For meat cutlet, in a bowl add onion sliced very thin, green chiliies cut into very small pieces, add salt and squeeze half a lime to it . ( insted of lime can add a little vinegar ) Nice combo for cutlets

Pearly why the cooker whistling for 7-8 times? You turn of the gas after a whistle, allow to stay the steam in the cooker itself after all the steam gone you open the cooker even if the meat not cooked properly then once again you turn on the gas and do like vise till the meat thoroughly cooked, in this way you can save your gas consumption because in the pressure cooker used for cooking the object in steam so don't waste the gas consumption.

Pearle my mom's cutlets were very famous. They were really delicious. I too follow her recipe, but then recently i tried a new method. After sauting the onions I add small quantity of chilli powder, Coriander powder and garam masala. Tastes good. Plz do try it this way

One more tip is ….. keep the cutlets for 1 hour in the fridge , before frying. That way it will be firm , and not break or disintegrate.
