hey everyone! this meditation is designed to clear the bottom 3 chakras so that you can move into the 4th which is the new earth energy. This is a requirement according to the law of one and other teachings that suggest that the new earth is a frequency that includes opening the heart and clearing the past. Lets do this meditation LIVE on monday at 1030 PST! It will last about 35 mins

To enter the 4D do a meditation and position yourself to take a nap and as you’re dozing off, you’ll feel the massive body jolt. That is you literally changing train tracks onto a parallel dimension. You will wake up from your average nap, but you’ll be improved conditions in your life but just don’t go look for them because you will repel them. Once you become aware of them, they will start to manifest and snowball.

Sooooo glad u started doing meditations again

Wow. I did this meditation in my bathtub with cold water. I sobbed. I felt like my body was being dipped into every frequency. I also was burping and felt like throwing up a lot. I’m sure it was all pent up energy that was being released. THANK YOU AARON! 🤍

My head tingled like crazy

Wow this was amazing, my mom wanted to do this meditation with me and this was our first time doing an activation together! I really felt the vibrations sore throughout my body and activating my lower chakras (which I had the most wounding in) and really felt the call to forgive myself and everyone on the planet for living/acting out of their ego and acting unconsciously. It’s so hard to forgive esp when you see the mass destruction being caused by humans on this planet but forgiveness really is the key, unconditional love is the guide to living through our heart space. That’s what this meditation taught me. Thanks Aaron 💛 I hope you do more of these in the future, thank you for all you do xx

This is by far one of my favourite of the new Meditations. Doing it live with everyone made it all the better. That being said, it combines the nostalgia of your old meditation videos with the visuals, an effective background music that you and Victor have been using, the theme of 5D energy / timeline, and of course, healing the bottom 3 Chakras (where I find most important for me). Keep it going. Am grateful.
