This week, Jing and I venture off to find some Peking Duck to feast on!
Peking Duck is a delicate dish all the way back in the Imperial era in China (Beijing specifically!). Unlike regular Chinese Roast Duck, Peking Duck focuses on the pure taste of the duck, wrapped in a thin pancakes with some staple condiments and drizzled in a tantalizing savoury sauce.
We heard a lot about this newly opened place and boy it did not disappoint!
