Honestly, the PD at the scene of K getting shot down was kinda bad but shit happens... the MAIN issue with all of that is that PD (Ruth) decided to put out a warrant and raid K even though the massive majority of his story made sense (unless there was meta involved). There have been several instances of PD pushing for something that is vague at best and that is what people don't like...

Credit to the streamers for making the most of these situations but Ruth has ended so many good storylines for people, she needs to give more room for people to have fun and not take it so seriously. If her character gets killed, she should perma and start a new one, Ruth is too hated for this to be fun for her. There are so many good cops who get the job done but are still able to have fun and allow space for creativity on the part of the criminals, even they are suffering because of Ruth. RP is a collaboration but she seems to be trying to win it.

It's sad they ruined K's business character arc. It was very educational to learn about rental contracts, rent to own, and artists contracts. Now he is reduce to just shooting people. They also ruined Leo slacks character who could have been rival and cat and mouse game with leo finding out K running criminal empire while living right next to him. The memes all lost now. It would be like hank schroeder finds out walter white is heisenberg or Light finds about kira in the first episode. The build up is completely lost. It's crazy how they can just copy paste us laws on crime, drugs, search warrants, etc. However, they don't have single law on housing and apartments the most basic necessities. Literally, the first thing you spawn in game is Apartment housing, which all have contracts. So, makes no sense rp wise to not have any tenant laws.
