I was trying something similar to this a week or two ago, I found more success on a Glave, since grasp works with base Glave melee, u can switch off of it for powered melee and the movement you get off of it is nuts
Glad you enjoyed it! I really wish I could get the stars to align and give me some fellow brawlers so I could pull off the melee portion of the build, but alas I cannot force the stars to be in my favor
Challenge idea, see how many kills you can get with Tessellation's Alt fire, hoping to see it on the best Subclass, Stasis But you have free reign to do it on whichever subclass you'd prefer
@@HonoredD2 thats the thing as long as the teleportation exist it will always mess up occasionally. Just today a warlock meleed me during my axe throw super and it went right past him without any melee increasing abilities just the regullar melee with the perfect timing dumb things will happen.
@@HonoredD2 Tick damage? Probably the first time I ever heard of sever applying tick damage, it's not listed in the compendium and in your footage you aren't taking tick damage like you would with poison or scorch.
Hey man genuinely asking (no hate) what are grasps doing for you in this build? I know what they do/how they work, but don't see how they synergize with the build?
You can go from one person to the next very quickly w nightmare fuel and close the gap better. It’s pretty niche but the strafe jump has more momentum than stompeez as well. Just a very fast pace build
Like mentioned above, they're here to let me close distance to targets that might be a bit further away, or let me out strafe my targets, allowing me to live longer. That and having stompee jump whenever I melee someone is kind of nice
