Well I'll say for me it's not. I don't feel myself hyperventilating and I also panic laugh in normal awkward situations like just talking to a teacher. The panic laugh is more of, I'm nervous and don't know what's going on or what'll happen, but I have to laugh or else my true emotions will show. Not hyperventilating. That's just me though. And tbh I don't think it's possible to laugh and hyperventilate the way the girl was laughing in the video because hyperventilating almost prevents you from breathing normally and it's hard to speak let alone laugh.

1:43 i did the same thing a few years ago when i was obsessed with slime. it got in my eyelashes and eyebrows 💀 5:35 when i was little i used to break off about 1/4 of my cookie and let it sink to the bottom of my milk glass. then i would eat the other 3/4 of my cookie. then a would drink my milk and when i was done i would eat the soggy piece of cookie that had been sitting at the bottom of my milk glass for 15 minutes 😝🍪
