In this video tell you about the Minecraft Java Edition Mod "Cobblemon" which adds Pokémon into the game while still keeping the overall feel of Minecraft! Doubt It'd be like a crop farm, if it is possible my guess would be at multiple farms to get the core ingredients to craft em up, if they even exist, I'm just overthinking a comment i made for comedy though

Tbf, classic Kanto-Sinnoh Ash had an aversion to evolving some of his Pokemon. Waited the whole series for Typhlosion, Crawdaunt, Blastoise, Feraligatr, Floatzel, but alas...

@@cold-bloodedbeats4139 he can't have blastoise because it's Gary's ace, he couldn't evolve buizel because Dawn wanted it and buizel is cute, and the othere are generally intimidating and scary and not what appeals to the kids watching. I know I'd prefer ash to uave a funny crab than a rude crab that beats people up for fun

@@literallygrass1328 i get the Blastoise part, but the other parts I disagree with. In the later seasons, Ash did evolve most of his Pokemon, and they still had their charms. Crawdaunt could've still been as goofy as he was when he was a Corphish. Plus, just cuz Dawn caught Buizel doesn't mean Ash couldn't evolve him. He was into battling anyways, so what would she have to do with it?

I really hope they could add structures like gyms, pokemarts, pokecenters, specific caves like mt. moon, towns like vermilion city or even maybe the rocket hideout. I dont want to expect much, but im still happy about the mod!

thats a terrible idea and that could also be redundant and useless you don't need those structures the caves and some towns sure but the pokemart and such, players should just play minecraft for what it is and build those themsleves its what im doing on my server with my friends

@@namajeff4199 i wouldnt say they're a bad idea as it adds that pokemon feel to it because without those extra stuff the world would feel more empty like base mc but with just new mobs (pokemon) it would also add more to the world and for players to level up their pokemon fast if they added trainers to battle i would also like to add that mc pokemon would feel more complete if you have a complete goal in mind like lets say gym bosses for badges and the elite four with each completion giving you an achivement

i miss how pixelmon looked back in the day, it was uniquely minecrafty, but then they just started doing smooth and realistic which didnt fit with the older, so this is a really welcome addition

The things he left out: Tho it does fit the asthetic a lot more, there's no animation for when a pokemon evolves and during battles, there is no indication of damage other than the health bar going down, no animation, no sound, and no knock back. Other than that I think it is a rlly cool mod✨️

Another feature is being able to replace moves in your move pool for free whenever you want on the go! Because Legwnds Arceus did this first, this is another point to Legends Arceus, which definitely fits more into Minecraft I’d say

Yk what would be great in that mod? If you *can* chose to be a Pokemon Battler but if you‘d also have different Jobs to give your Pokemon like Mining for Rock Type, Fishing for Water Type, Cobblestone Generator (?) vor Fire Type etc😂 Just so you could live a real Minecraft Life with your Pokemon insteat of a Pokemon Life in Minecraft

Ok I genuinely don’t understand the critique of pixelmon where the models are smooth, it’s evident that in cobblempn many mona like gardevour like hideous in the blocky form and leads to many just not looking like the mon they are supposed to be. Pixelmon has them smooth and I actually prefer that over the blocky texture. Both are good and cobblempn wins in terms of detail to the actual functionality as of now, I assume they will copy many features from pixelmon because if it didn’t that would be dumb but pixel mon having smooth models isn’t gross, nobody has made this complaint ever it’s like we are just bashing the old mod so we can glorify the new one which makes no sense because pixelmon has been an insane mod for the past decade plus of Minecraft existing. What really makes cobblempn so much more insane is that it works on a newer versions of mc which is possibly one of the biggest faults of pixelmon. We can love the new without senselessly hating on the old

No one complains about pixelmon because there’s no where to complain. There’s like 10 pay 2 win servwrs that are just battle/catching simulators. The smooth pokémon look like shit when everything else around you is blocky, not to mention they’re just ripped Pokémon GO assets. If you want to play your mobile game pixelmon then go ahead. People only wanted smooth models from pixelmon because it came out during a time when minecraft modding was revolutionizing, and because pixelmon made shit cube models. They overdetailed their cube models back then and they looked atrocious. These models actually have an art style that isn’t just forced blocks, they look good and fit the game and they don’t look weird or buggy or have weird shading artifacts cuz of the smooth rendering. I think it’ll be way better than anything pixelmon has put out. It’s already trumping pixelmon in like 4 areas and it’s barely finished

@@elijahrod5656 this is just not true, if you disliked pixelmons blocky aniamtions but liek this mods thats on you and im happy for u. pixlemon 3d sprites even if they are ripped from pogo liike you say they are dont look out of place, its the style of the mod. many of the assets like berry bushes and apricorn trees look smooth to and it helps actually distinguish from normal minecraft assssets at times. this mod has some nice blocky textures but even ones like gardivour like i previously stated look like shit. if u prefer that awkward wanky looking dress on it to the 3d version i dont knwo what to say to u. its proportuons look all whack, the issue with og pixelmon is going no where when it comes ot the blockiness. both mods are amaazing and my main concern isnt one being better because so far cobble mon looks much better in terms of function and detail but og pixel mons smooth textrues are by no means ass and for a mod in mc they fit in very well you guys just like hating on stuff aas the pokemon community loves to do

I got the mod but it's literally just a world with Pokemon you can spawn. You can't pick a first pokemon, battle or even catch the pokemon it's JUST the pokemon

You forgot an interesting detail, for creative people who want to create fakemon: This mod has functionality with datapacks and becaude of it people can create fakemon with blobkbench, take a configuration base from their tutorial and introduce the pokemon in the game, with custom stats, attacks, abilities, types of movement, evo, etc...
