In this Star Citizen gameplay video, we explore a Distribution Center to see what loot and secrets we can find. I go on an epic box delivery mission that was pretty interesting with dangerous lasers and a pretty epic loot room at the end. This Distribution Center mission was really cool to experience for the first time, and I hope they give us more missions like this in Star Citizen.

just as a note all distribution centers should have a local! if you open the inventory instead of trying to loot, you can just swing the undersuit over to the local and it will drag everything for you, so much free gear can be farmed from these places and decent gear too!

And probably a wipe with freight elevators coming online. It will be an interesting outcome with persistence active. I'm imagining locations with piles of gear and scraped ships no has bothered to loot, or pirates guard as bait.

Some places are run by outlaw gangs so it's basically crime on crime action so they don't care

You can actually drag loot boxes into local and then easily transfer all items from the box into local. Once empty just drop the box

Why are you using radial menu to select tools and weapons, just use the number keys, much easier

I upgraded a small LTI token pack today for a ursa, the respawn bus thing is really too good to pass, but I have a real feeling this won't last, allowing for infinite respawns so close to the front goes against EVERYTHING they ever said about how they cant death to be impactful.Oh well, if and when they nerf it I'll just upgrade it to some useful, in case it remains THIS useful I'll just always carry it in larger ships.

It will certainly get nerfed with resource management -- since you can see that there are areas underneath the panel for replacement parts that are empty for now. It's like that for a lot of med beds in the game. And resource management is coming with 4.0. So at the very least, we have until late September to make use of it, and at the most, late October before respawns will be limited based on the resources you have on hand to clone your character (plus there is the whole cloning integrity thing with DoaSM).

Yeah, they definitely need a new biomass commodity. Maybe a new multi tool attachment that shoots a magic beam like the current salvage demoleculizer or whatever makes a 50,000 ton ship disappear after magic beaming it for 30 seconds. But allow us to suck up the dead body biomass into containers like those fuses in the new engineering gameplay. Insert one of them into the medbed and get a spawn out of each canister. Make it so the medbed "fuse box" has maybe 5 canister spots so you are not required to replace each time you respawn.

@@timsgta contradict what? And WHEN, because CIG goes back and forth on design decisions all the time. Fact is, ATM this is a respawn bed you can take everywhere.

@@Tentacl They actually don't go back and forth on design decisions all the time, they usually have to deliberate on whether to add or suffice placeholders or just roll out the feature as intended. A lot of what's been put in in the past were as placeholders until the proper features could be implemented.

It's faster and safer. No one can run on your elevator. If they kill me while I'm going down they can steal my ship but if I jump out and hit F while jumping my airlock closes
