Hi friends! In this video, I'm telling you about a mistake I made while caring for my Gerbera plant which ultimately killed it. I hope you learn from my mistake and don't do it with your own plants! Thank you! 😊
It's nice to learn from the mistakes as well. Thank you for showing us this. Most people only show the better side of the story, more Flowers, greener leaves, fast growth, but hardly people talk about the mistakes they made. Thanks !
Your voice has a pain....and it can be seen through your face in the thumbnail....aww..pure emotions..thats the real gardening love💚...we treat our plant as babys...
U r looking very sad... Monica... Aapki apni knowledge bahut achi hai... I m feeling bad for you... After all this episode even u r awaring us... U r always best gardner dost... 😊😊
It depends how much water u provide to gerbera plants. I use 40% coco peat 20% compost 20% soil and 20% sand on my gerberas and they are blooming great. The difference is I give water only when the soil is absolutely dry(almost once in 10 days). Also perlite doesn't go with soil. They break into powder due to soil's pressure. 🙏
yeah exactly. ive seen this myself too that each plant reacts a little differently in different hands depending on the conditions their keepers provide
Thanks madam, aap ke tarah mera jarbera ko vi aise halat hua hai but i can't understand what will i do? ,but now i have no tension for this information
Even i lost my gerbera plant due to fungus formation...u had given a detailed information bout it but dono how i did the mistake n my gerbera stems/stalk got rotten n totally spoiled😔
Cocopeat is useless. Soil, sand and vermi compost in the ratio of 33:33:33 plus a fistful each of bonemeal and neem or mustard cake powder is good enough for most of the flowers.
Mam do one thing, plant ur all jerbera in cinder use cinder as a potting media and then 10 percent vermicompost sprinkle it on top. when you water the plants it will go inside.and u would ne surprised to see the results my gerbera is in cinder.
Cocopeat is an over-rated thing not really needed. As a thumb rule, a mix of soil, coarse sand and vermi compost in the ratio of 33:33:33 plus bone meal and a fistful of neem/mustard cake is good for every flower.
If Cocopeat is not of good quality, it contains high level of sodium chloride & EC level ( it influences plants ability to absorb water ) which affects the plant growth.
Mam mera Christmas tree started drying needles recently when I transferred it to shady place.. still in bright light but not in direct sunlight .. is this problem due to change in environment
Mujhse bhi nursury wala kh rha tha but mai to gerbera ke overwtering se aksar pareshaan ho jata hu to isliye maine nhi kiya but jo plant khareeda tha wo cocopeat me laga hua tha to overwaterinh hui to maine report kr diya but wo survive nhi kr paya

Mam main champa plant nursary sy laya or wo choty sy pot main tha. Barish bhe ho rahi the to usy main ny zameen main laga dya zameen(kyari bnai hoe hae)wahan or bhe boht sy plants lagy hot hen or achy sy growth Kar rahy hen. Ab plant ko shift Kya 3,4 din hoye hen hr Roz aik leave yellow hoa hota hae or sham tk wo jhar jata hae Yani 3,ya 4 leaves jhar chuky hen or baqi 4,5 leaves reh gy hen Ab ye plant condition zameen main shifting ke waja sy hae? Or ab karna Kya chahie? Ye kuch time guzarny sy set ho Jaye ga plant ya pher wapis plant ko ksi bary pot main shift Kar don?
Same happening to my plants i have plotted my plants in plastic pot without river sand now it retain moisture for more than a week after watering and they are dying
True Madam, I killed my Gerebera Plant because of COCOPEAT. I Bought the farm from highly reputed company in Pune, they grow the pant is Cocopeat (They used control environment). But I forgot to report, being a novice gardener and it killed all my Gerebera.. I think road side Gerbera plant is better than the Plant grown in Highly controlled Environment.
