Person living on basement area have major issues .. In case of rain no drainage also everyday maintenance of courtyard from dust and surrounding flying shopper bags ..

Too many bells and whistles. But no warmth which a home must have.

Yeah to save varnish of the staircase one has to be bare feet all the time …. Who remains barefeet in the house in a dry dusty environment??!
