Now THAT looks like a yard a kid can play in without mama having to worry about any critters. It's absolutely crazy how great these yards look when you're finished. I'm sure she appreciated it greatly! I've got a huge corner lot with leaves all on it, heard my neighbor blowing them to the road for me. (The city sucks ours up here. ) Gonna make him a pie. He's a great neighbor:-) Thanks again for all you do! SO close to 200K!

Great work and cleanup here. This yard doesn’t look as bad as some of the ones you did in the past, but it is still noteworthy that you came to help this lady mow/cleanup her landscape. What we notice is that in many of these overgrown yards, the owners seem to use their yard for throwing trash & litter. You make a difference and set an example for others. Fort Pierce should give you guys an award for community service.

The only two things I truly can't deal with are needles and snakes. If I were that lady, the last thing I would do is go into that backyard, nor would I let my kids play there because, you know, snakes. Thanks for mowing it all down. Hopefully she can keep it that way! Superb job, as always.

I grew up in Florida. Once had a venomous snake fall off our roof onto our back deck. Had a venomous snake chase my mom while she did yard work. She hacked up a few snakes every year. We also rode go karts over a rattlesnake den a couple of times. Our neighborhood was next to a retention pond where an alligator lived. You learn to live with it. It’s just Florida. :)

Again... I've watched my 94 year old neighbor walk out to her shed on her walker & come out with her mower. She takes her time on her 1 acre & gets it done. I've asked her if she needed assistance & no is always the answer. Even with me having chemo every 4 weeks for the rest of my life & I don't allow "depression" to be my excuse not to get things done. 🤦‍♀️ 32 degrees out & she's out picking up trash that "blows" in from who knows where today. Smh on this one. Bless you for doing this. How about a follow up in 6 months would be interesting.

These are the ones I really like. When there's an actual occupant that needs help. My first house I borrowed mowers until I could get my own. It's tough taking care of a house and yard when u have kids and responsibilities. Sometimes money has to go towards other stuff. Glad you helped her.

very good job :) I have to say that I really appreciate AP because he really collects all the rubbish and puts it in the bin. I am sometimes very surprised how much is lying around in the gardens and nobody picks it up and dispose of it correctly. Therefore an extra "thank you" to AP because he looks after the environment.

Hey Al when u run over ivy dont u worry about spreading it all over the yard. Coz where I live it’s weather is very much like Florida’s weather and here the ivy grows really fast and covers everything due to the climate, also what about the seeds from all the weeds u mow over. Aren’t u worried about spreading it all over the place? Also u should do a video on places uve done 2 or 3 weeks later so we can c how there going and coming along. And can I ask y u don’t trim all the paths and edges like u use to? I only ask coz with my brain damage I’m just trying to understand the thought process behind it 👍🏼🇦🇺

I think Al only uses his trailer on bigger jobs. He needs more room to manuver around with a trailer in tow. With this set up he can do smaller properties without having to tow a larger trailer.

Some yards have excessive cut dead grass on top. That needs to be raked and picked up. I definitely agree.. That's something the homeowners can do, after they got the entire transformation for free. Some of these houses look so bad, once they are exposed. While the rest of the neighborhood looks great.

There’s another lawn care guy on RU-vid, Copper Creek Cuts, and he always gets asked this. He mentioned that due to the weather in Florida it’s recommended that clippings be left on the lawn to break down and contribute important nutrients to the soil. The clippings break down in a few days so it’s not hanging around looking terrible for ages.

I normally love watching this guy but it seemed like he was in a rush and wasn't very detailed on the weedeating and edging....I love how blademate lawncare and top notch lawncare are SO meticulous with their weedeating AND edging (doesn't matter who the yard is for or if they're getting paid or not or how ugly the yard is) they still do it every single time

Yes attention to detail is a must, plus trim the bushes and make it look uniform. Free or pay don’t skimp.

This before makeover is one of the best ive seen so far. A very clean and tidy yard already. Thumbs 👍 up to owner. OK grass, edges, and trees need little attention, but hey thanks to AL n AP all will be immaculate. Awesome guys 👏

Al, when it comes to you and AP picking up trash from someone’s yard , Please Please Please, wear gloves. Very neat job and I hope she Truly appreciates it.

That was a nice job to do. It helped someone, you made a very nicely groomed lawn from overgrowth and there seems to be a lot of passing traffic, so everyone can have a pleasant surprise of a pleasant yard to look at. That first house being back into use and well cared for is really spectacular.
