I'm not sad to say, I've lost count of the number of times I've watched this since August, the phone call where Alex says Babie and I'll break the sound barrier for you, gets me every time. I really hope they do an extended cut with the Cornetto scene and the campfire scene etc in it and I really hope they do a sequel as we have all really fallen in love with these two.
@@devosoap wow, I didn't want to mention my number but I've watched it close to 50 times, I watched it every night for a month then every odd night after that including yesterday. Are wee mad or just so dam delighted to have such a warm funny film with a happy ending.
Oh, yes!! ‼️ The campfire scene gave us so much background to the comment “…but nothing will ever happen to you…” that it made my eyes well up … ok … it still does, because now I know the scene and every time I see it I just … 😩😭… yeah. 🙃❤
@@mattallen369 did you notice that when Henry jumps into the lake he raises his hand to cover his heart as he sinks, he was obviously thinking of the story he told. You really feel for him but feel sorry for Alex too as he is so smitten with Henry.

That "I don't want your protection, I want your support" line made me cryyyy. I was in the same situation where my mum said that if I show who I really am, she's afraid that people will bully me. If I had watched this show, I would've quoted that line.
At last, finally a movie that is fairy tale for queer community. This is a movie, and a book that uses the "fairy tale" type story line, mixed with humor to gently tell the need of queer people to just be treated like any other person would be when they fall in love. Not demonized for it. I LOVE THIS FILM...I have adored Nick Galitzine since he appeared in "Handsome Devil"...and new he would go on to a great career. Taylor Zakhar Perez is new to me, but DAYAM he did a wonderful job. GREAT REACTIONS TO THIS>>>LOVED IT JAY!!!!

I LOVED your reaction. The best part was that you didn’t talk a lot over the movie, your reactions were your facial and emotional reactions to it, you didn’t need to verbalise your reactions, it was visual and i love that. Sometimes reviewers talk too much over the movie and it can get a bit annoying. I have watched this movie soooo many times, i think its amazing.

This two guys are incredible! The chemistry between them is amazing. They've been pending from the other for a long time and for a misanderstood they hated each other. I love the caotic Alex's personality, the astonishment in his face when Henry kissed him. The way Henry looks at Alex specially in New year's party, his sadness that shows Just with his eyes. Great actors, you believe that you are watching Alex and Henry alive in the screen.

Let me repeat what most of your other posts had said - love the movie, and the book, the clips, booper reels, deleted scenes, behind the scenes, and of course the reactions. I have rewatched this and/or related videos constantly. Tear up the entire way, the funny scenes, the tender scenes. Thank you for your reaction and for sharing it with us. It may be too soon to think about this now but I hope somewhere down the road, after you have had sufficient time to process all this, you do a follow up reaction. And just like this reaction, I'm sure I will also rewatch that, too.

I laughed, I cried. Everytime I watch it I see more details and nuances that I missed. The love making scene was perfection!!! I love the part where Henry plays "Yankee Doodle" on the piano for Alex, and then Alex joins Henry at the piano and they "God Save The King" together. I loved your enthusiasm too!

Stephen Fry, premium out gay actor playing the King of England and Henry’s Grandfather stole the show for me. You got to hand it to Juan Castano who played Miguel. He made you hate Miguel but that wasn’t hard, already the character is written to betray so Juan played the part to the hilt. But as you said, Zara, Henry, Alex, and Uma were all part of a great ensemble in this feature.
