Early 2000s over plucking eyebrows no more. Tell them you're not interested in eyebrow plucking unless you really want it done. I'm glad she stood up for herself saying no 😢❤
My mom still tweezes her eyebrows and they won't grow back. She's like can't you wax them for me? I said no because you have no eyebrows but old habits die hard. Now I just wax strays every 6 months. I wish I could go back and leave them alone.

Mine are the opposite they’re sooooo dark and thick and trying to fill them in is risky business because if I overdo it even slightly they literally look like they’ve been drawn on with a Sharpie 😅
@@BeeLZBeeb It definitely depends on what suits your natural colouring and face shape etc 😇 Thin, light brows would make me look like an alien but on women who naturally have those features it looks beautiful.
My 6 yr old got bullied at school for it, my mom started penciling her brows in for her. I was like you can fix your brows honey but just know those kind of people will always be ugly inside and out.
I'm embarrassed for any MUA who would let their client walk out looking like this! Where do these people get their training? Online, with no practice or supervision, that's where!!😢❤❤❤
they probably dont have any training :/ like at all. i worked as a stylist inna salon and i also did makeup and i had no professional training (i am still pretty good at makeup being self taught but it happens)
It's like they don't like their clients having their own eyebrows. 😂😂 Same with hairstylists, they always say they have to cut your ends, and when they do, they end up doing a whole new haircut 😂😂😂😂
we have to pluck or clean around the brows the "unnecessary" hairs so the makeup goes on even, but i dont understand why they try to pluck THE ACTUAL brow hairs off 😳

@@cadavher well I’ve seen SOME mau in her videos that actually prepped and started off decent so I was thinking it wasn’t that great here since the makeup would look dry and patchy close up lol.
As a makeup artist I can’t stress enough how bad it is to pluck brow hairs and then apply makeup over top (it leaves the skin open to infection) so thank GOD she didn’t actually pluck them, especially after she already applied a bunch of product to the brow area!

Wow, the way she did your foundation, and the colors she used....epic! I had high hopes for this look, but sadly it all went downhill from there. Salons should hire individual specialists in each aspect of makeup....foundation, eye shadow, eyebrows, lipstick, etc. That way each can perfect their craft without having to take on areas beyond their expertise. You handled it bravely as always, Judy...kudos!
Wait a minute, this "brow pencil" looks like wood pencil! The one made for drawing in wood. This little string coming off is for sharpening/exposing more pencil. I hope I'm wrong
It's probably just a kayal pencil. They do come in the wood variety and depending on the sharpener it looks that way. I'd rather appreciate that they sharpened it before use, taking off other ppl's eye gunk...
Has no one acknowledged that the black pencil on Judy's eyebrows is a sketching pencil? We use the string to lengthen it without the need for a sharpener. Why are they using this for makeup? Am I missing something?
The eyebrows... I just couldn't get over them. Until the music. And then there was the blush lol. Then the lipstick and more blush lol. Everything just kept intensifying 😂.
Why do these MUAs always blame you for them taking 8 billion hours. You have beautiful eyebrows and I’m sure a competent MUA could fill them in like 5 minutes tops

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. The makeup started out ok - well, except for the eyebrows - then when she reappeared, the whole look changed dramatically. So I think she was checking out some of Judy's videos. I mean , she WAS gone for nearly half an hour! ( According to Judy).
She used a China Pencil to begin filling in your eyebrows 😮 Oh My Wow! We use those to make harsh lines when mapping out the shape of eye brows when doing permanent makeup 🫣🤣

Finally I know the word for how all these make up looks are. It is "stage makeup"! Where everything is so overdone because when you're in a play performing for an audience then your makeup is exaggerated on purpose so the audience can see. This is fine for performance but not to go get coffee lol
