They thought Houndstone could 1v1 Mudsdale (very good defence), and then got too scared to hard switch into Inteleon; you can tell he wasn't a risky player since he went for scald instead of hydro pump twice... It can happen to the best of us in the heat of the moment

I mean, out of 8, the odds are you'll only hit ~5, then a 10% for each hit means out of 8 focus Blasts, it's only probable to get the drop on 1, and I rounded that from 0.5 However; Focus Blast is the type of attack you'll only click maybe 4 or 3 times. So the chance of getting a Focus Blast SpDed drop is about 0.25/8, which is a ~3% chance.
