Mushroom Garlic Sauce
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 tablespoons butter
* 1 large shallot finely diced
* 1/2-1 lb favourite mushrooms sliced I used cremini
* 3 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 cup coconut cream (any cream will do)
* 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
* 1/3 cup fresh dill, chopped
* Salt and pepper to taste
You can use dried herbs it works out to be 3:1 ratio fresh to dried I used a tablespoon + teaspoon
