Next thing is finding the right position for the keyboard and the right resolution for the monitor. And maybe getting a better mouse with the ideal weight and DPI and changing the mouse sensitivity.

If you could get the footage at a higher framerate, chances are you were within +/-170 milliseconds of sub 20, assuming 60 fps
