@@PERTHWESTOZRC yea ,because with sd card slot you can use it to record video's with a higher quality and smoother because when recording using phone the drone has to reduce video quality to send it over wifi so with sd card slot its much better i guess is there some other drone with this price range and have a sd card slot

I bought an S2S drone and it seemed to fly good so I pointed it into the light breeze to test the range. At about 50 meters it lost contact with the controller and the wind changed. I watched it slowly fly away over the house across the golf course. How do you avoid this situation? Would a gps drone work better? This was my first drone costing over US$50. BTW, this is the best site for showing us a better drone for the "next time".

Yeah most of these inexpensive non gps drones have a limited range of about 100m distance so should really only be flown in close range, as well as preferably on a calm day with not too strong winds as they are very light. Also using the WiFi apps can sometimes cause the control range to be reduced as well, especially if the WiFi app and camera module on the drone also operates on 2.4ghz WiFi band. It's It's a pity you lost the drone in a fly away but these things can happen! Thanks for watching 👍🏻

They are coming with some decently cheap brushless drones now but i find most are just way too underpowered to the point its no better than having a brushed motor.

Go into your phones WiFi settings after you turn the drone on first then connect to the drones WiFi then open up the app

Depends really, most drones these days are programmed to only fly up in altitude to the legal limit by aviation drone laws which is up to 120m or 400feet.

Altitude hold used to be a big deal. That and One Key Return used to be features that typically set the price above $100.

Sorry mate I no longer have this drone but to connect to the camera go into WiFi settings in your phone after you turn the drone on first and you will see the WiFi from the drone, connect your phone to that, open up the app and you're set-up for video live feed from the camera

Yeah not sure as i don't open em up to compare but if you say it does, well i can not disagree. It is definitely worth the low price, $26bucks even $30 for this is unbelievable really how cheap they are selling them these days.

Are you making sure the drone is turned on before going into your wifi setting on your phone? Or if you have an old phone it may not be 5G wifi compatible and can only connect to 2.4G wifi only

What is the point in flying this drone when its video is so choppy and blurred? No way, my friends, I keep spending quite a bit more $$$ on DJI drones. I own two Spark and one Mini-2 and use them for taking stunning video footage. This cheap drone is a waste of $30.

Awefull and useless quality camera. Why can't these cheap drones nail the camera quality and stabilisation. I have a DJI Mavic air and I don't think any of these drones will ever come close to DJI quality

Don't expect EIS or great quality images for only a mere $26 😆 these drones are just good for beginners to fly around and learn the controls of throttle and orientation before upgrading to something a lot better.
