This New Content Makes The Game 1000% Better 

Purple chests give you something called an Arcana. But you need the mechanic unlocked for it to give you one.

I 100% this game, which means that this is a rare opportunity for me to be able to get frustrated when DF misses a really basic part of the game mechanics... I feel like one of the cool kids now!

As a tip, you should try and max level your Weapons before you max level your Accessories! Most evolution requirements need the Weapon at max level, but the accessory at any level. So you'll only get an Axe evolution if you have the Candelabrador (any level), and your Axe is level 8. Some weapons (like the birds Ebony Wings and Peachone) have different evolution requirements, but for the most part you just need Max level Weapon and an Accessory at any level. Edit: I should add that you can only get Evolutions from Chests that spawn after 10 minutes! Rerolling to try and get an evolution will just waste your reroll. I'd also recommend against picking up 10+ minute chests until you have the requirements to evolve your weapon- otherwise it just "wastes" the chest.

Sometimes, rarely, it physically hurts me to watch DF play a game. His build looks more like a challenge. Legend

I knew for a while the crown and the pentagram fusion was good, so every time you skipped on upgrading the pentagram I was internally screaming

I love that you’re back into playing VampireSurvivors. Also:The skull increases enemy spawn rate and some of their stats. If you’re powerful enough then it’s a good take since you’ll be getting experience much faster thanks to the increased spawnrate which makes it even easier to get overpowered.

If you pick "Always Floor Chicken" and you level up at full health it gives you a coin bag for the level up anyway, so there's really only a handful of edge cases where you wouldn't want to take that.

i think you are…one dlc late to point out the new character, but return series is always exciting.

I got into this game because of DF, it's nice to see it on the channel again.

You add curse to get more enemies and higher level bosses/enemies which means more XP which means more Levels, Skills, and Limit Breaks. You can get to ridiculous levels and game breaking weapons

We need more vampire survivors!

from my experience if you grab pentagram you _really_ gotta max it out and ideally evolve it really fast otherwise it does just slow you down quite a bit due to it deleting your XP. but the thing is hyper-focusing on a single item can also slow you down quite a bit, however at least that way you're not losing out on a bunch of XP. im not saying Pentagram isnt worth it, but it is kind of a slow burn.

I think the horse-sheet things at the end might be based on folklore of Mari Lwyd. IIRC you have to give excuses as to why it can't come in your house via song or it comes in and eats all your food.

This game works great with a controller, your fingers can be used for more important stuff like flipping the bird or scratching your butt when it goes numb

Higher curse = stronger mobs = more exp dropped by said mobs.

The worst mistake to do is giving DF more option to kill everything in his path and I love it

If you wanna complete the game DF just finish the unlocks list, eventually you can unlock special weapons that can kill the reaper.

If you want to have a guaranteed 20 + minute run, then get the 3 most ESSENTIAL and powerful items in the game - Crown + Pendulum (evolution is the best weapon in the game), and Tombstone.

AXE. UPGRADE... THE WEAPONS...TO EVOLVE THEM.......... and take attractorb it's so painful to not have the magnet passive. It upgrades the holy water, one of the strongest weapons in the game, so you want it anyway
