The random sound from your mic only happens when you turn of sound stabilization on RU-vid I’ve never heard it before but after turning it off you can hear it that’s why only some people can hear it

Golden Pills will actually pull from the pool of pills that *aren't* present in the run, not just all of them. so if you see a pill in your run, it will never appear in a golden pill, and vice versa :3
