Thank you! Fun fact, there was actually a rule for the 2021 Championship that prohibited the use of lane covers! The link is in Japanese but you can find it in here (approximately 2/3rd of the page down): pjsekai.sega.jp/championship2021/rule/index.html I figure maybe for those whose first and only rhythm game is pjsekai, lane covers aren't as necessary, but it becomes more so when you play multiple rhythm games. If you've ever tried playing Bang Dream before, you'll sorta see what I mean. It's almost impossible to play at first, but once I started using a lane cover, my accuracy skyrocketed, and I basically can't play without it now. As for changing the cover on the fly, I think Enamel Man is the perfect example of that.
