Many games have that tax on sale mechanic, what is odd about this, it’s that it feels so late into the game’s life right now, won’t stop anyone, at least the old players that already have tons of flux, just the new ones
good job gamigo , hypixel skyblock have more uptime players than your whole game im pretty sure this updeate will bring more player , like wtf , instead reducing the p2w stuff that let the flux inflation or stoping the multi account that legit give u 5x the resourses ,they added fees , what can i say 200 years of game developing.
It's going to be absolutely insane when they add this 10 percent cut off for listing when players can just list it for 10% higher than the value they wanted so they technically have no loss; but guess who cant buy those items? Newer players. The devs are literally steering away newer players and could even be driving away players that have played for years.
I prefer the old market because it gives new players a chance to make flux and allows F2P players to keep up with PTW players, but this would drive new players away and even veteran players like me.
charging for the marketplace is dumb because people are just gonna put their better items up to higher prices to counter the fee tht they are adding which is dumb they dont listen to anyone sadly
The only update that can improve this game. After 2-3 months, market prices will be stable. Unfortunately, many people who do not know the dark side of the game think this update is bad. This game full of people earning 50m per hour with 32 accounts. Beginners were either becoming like them or buying a credit pouch or wasting their days/months in order to compete with them. It will take 2-3 months for the market to recover, but then there will be a more stable market that can be used by new players. Tax system is a precaution against flux sellers and excess flux 8 account limit, a precaution against those who make huge profits with 32 accounts
@@LateCom I was buying 200-300k moonlight bulbs every month. This will no longer be possible. So I have a 1m moonlight bulb goal until the patch comes :D It is obvious that the fields I have created with alchemy plants will shrink. Since everyone's garden, not just mine, will get smaller, we will see an increase in the prices of items obtained with alchemy plants. Selling items does not seem to be a problem. I've always been trying to sell at the bottom (since they're unlimited) now I'm going to increase their prices by 12% But I'm sure it will be very difficult to transfer the fluxs from the market accounts to other accounts. I will either waste millions of glim or spend hours in front of the vault chest :D
Yeah.. This may make me quit, i feel like theirs many other ways to deal with this trove "inflation" problem, and they should worry about more important things than trying to make a low quality pixel game "realistic" like when are they gonna finish the fucking storyline damn. They have the money but refuse to hire a team and actually listen to its community, this game has no drive, no goal, and nothing of worth. its a miracle this game isnt dead already. I was already irratated with the prime paragon numbers thing, like some old boomer nerd wanted to be cool so made the whole thing so unnesscary, i am truly bored of this money grabbing game thats filled with uneducated dropouts who ruin the game. trove never fails to try and copy someone else instead of making their own things.
Will this affect trading? cuz then just better to sell straight to someone to avoid the tax, especially with the really expensive stuff / bulk purchases
