That's alot of why i started making them Cam. I Couldn't find a lot of np "how too" videos when i was looking for them. I will do my best to keep the vids coming 😁 stoked that you are enjoying them.
Hey mate which iron Man Bar did you get. I wasn't sure if they all have the extra under side protection you mentioned in the video. Enjoy the work your posting quality viewing!
Hey Rob, firstly thanks mate, i'm stoked that you and others are enjoying my passion. This is the Commercial deluxe bar and in my opinion worth every bloody cent mate. the lights in the bar help break things up a bit and the approach angles are just epic..
What´s up man. Hey I know you´re more than happy with your Np 300, but, after you bought it, did you regret your purchase, I mean would you have bought another brand instead? like Hilux or L200, thanks and great vid, thumbs up!
I dig this positivity. Question, are you still running stock suspension? With the added weight every one says you need upgraded suspension aswell and then all this becomes real expensive. Cheers from South Africa
I've been told different answers by 2 different ironman dealers in Victoria. One said the STX NP300 post 2018 is good to keep the stock suspension then another one said I need new springs and struts for an extra $1300 on the price of the bar. Does anyone know the correct answer?
Question mate, let’s say i want to body lift my unit for about 1.5-2 inch do I need to fabricate for new mounting brackets for the bullbar or i just need to drill new holes on the existing original bracket that comes from the bar?
I just purchased and installed a commercial deluxe Bullbar on my 2012 Nissan Navara D40 diesel. Problem is after looking at the chassis mounting brackets etc on the A.R.B bars are more simpler and cleaner installed.
Nice work!! Now i have a nissan navara d23 SL , is it Np300 as well? I not sure about what is NP300 means. And is it possible to fit same bull bar to my car ? If do wiring on the bull bar, is it able to use the light which already on the bull bar
Very similar process to installing the MCC bar although i didn't have to drill anything. Installed it myself with a forklift which was a mission. Personally prefer the look of the MCC (search DK Navara). Your snorkel installation will be helpful as i got a stainless to install shortly. Good Stuff!
Hey mate, Just got a new Np300 and was very stuck on which bullbar to go for! but this video has sold me. thank you! keep up the good work, love the vids!
Firstly, welcome to the club mate! and thanks i'm stoked you enjoyed it man. I was so torn between a few different types of bars but i am so stoked that i decided to run the ironman bar in the end. it looks so tough.

Just one question... How did you manager to get the M10 bolts in place after drilling them out? I can't get in behind to put a nut on it for the life of me
Cool video was good to see a bar install. Is that factory position of the intercooler? Wouldnt wanna go through much muddy water holes, looks like it wouldnt take much to clog up being its so low. Did you put touch up paint on all your fresh drilled holes to avoid rusting at a later date? And did you use loktite on those recovery point bolts, wouldnt want those coming loose at the wrong time. Cool video, subscribed. Really enjoyed your snorkel install.
Mine cost me $795 from memory. Honestly i love it. It does everything i need it too and i still haven't had timeto scratch the surface of all the features.
Hey man love your vids keep up the good work! I don't want to seem like smartass or preach like I am freaking 4wd guru which I'm not but it would be nice to put some GREASE on your bolts!!! Grease is really needed in my opinion because our 4wds go through dirt water etc so it's gonna be a pain to remove a bolt if needed! I prefer using Marine grease which is good for boats! Anyway much love all way from Greece to you man!!! 👋👋👋 P.S I have a Navara too! An old one (D22) and I might upgrade to a new NP300 or maybe an N guard in the near future!!!! You were the first channel that popped up when I searched for an NP on YT 👍
Good video, I just had mine professionally installed a day ago, however the gap between the body and my car is about 30mm in some areas which seems like a lot. Also the pin bolts are crooked, been jammed in and don’t have nuts on them. I’m not a fitter but this seems like poor workmanship and borderline unsafe. Thoughts from anyone who knows what they are doing?
Probably a little bit late now but i would say take it back to where you got it done and just point out what you have said here. Im sure if they’re decent people they will be able to explain to you for those things or say they will fix it up. If that doesn’t work get a third party opinion on it and get them to do it, idk if you will get your money back but either way i wouldn’t risk having a bullbar mounted incorrectly.
Would help. Genuine Nissan bars actually come with new front springs for the extra load. I've got lift and checking out bars at the moment, and I'm still factoring in new HD springs.
@@cookiemonster324 i appreciated the d22 and d40 models. But i am really enjoying the D23, more than i thought i would. It's capable offroad and drives like a car onroad, so far I'm very impressed.
