Today, I talk about the habit, that will truly change your life. There are so many videos on RU-vid that talk about habits, and what the habits of successful people are, or the 12 habits you need for life. I think all these videos are great, but everyone seems to forget about the most important habit, that allows you to even pursue these other habits.
If you cannot master the habit that I am talking about in this video, then there is no point of even attempting any other one (I really do believe this)
Check out my last video, about the SHOCKING Truth About success - • The SHOCKING Truth Abo...
Also, I changed the name of the channel to Mitch Manly, from Masculine Man.

Let me know in the comments what kind of videos you guys want to see, do you guys like the stories? Or do you prefer this kind of video, where I am more direct. (I personally like both) ^ I really do want to hear your feedback, I read almost every comment. Also, check out my last video :) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-G_cnWOL1lwY.html

Motivated = doing things when you feel like it Committed = doing things regardless of whether you feel like doing it or not. You did it because you said you would. You try to talk yourself out of it, you try to convince yourself that today is an exception, but you really need to apply logic and the better you manage your impulses the more likely you become successful at what you want to achieve.

according to what Mel Robbins said if i remember correctly, if you skip a habit once, the possibility of you not returning to it is 50%. if you do it twice in a row, its becomes 90%. Therefore, consistency is the best thing to ever do about this topic.

well its kinda the same thing here, but not entirely i think. Because self disciplina kinda sounds like putting yourself through what you dont want to because you know you have something good to get from that, regardless or how bad you feel while doing it. but when i hear commitment or consistency i think about just going into it. basically, dont break the habit, even if lower intensity from time to time. Anyway, once you actually start doing it its easy.

I remember the next days after my first day of work-out, I was not that motivated to work out but I really wanted to improve my physique so that is when I started to commit to myself and to that goal of mine. And from that point on, I am already working out 4-5 times a week up until now hehe. Just wanted to shareee ☺️🏀

I appreciate the fact that everyone watching these videos is trying to improve themselves, as we should all be, but having spent a few months making my way through the depths of RU-vid's self-improvement stockpile (and believe me, there is a LOT out there)... isn't it sort of noticeable that all of these videos are telling you things you already know? Other than luck, there is no route to material/social/emotional (etc.) success other than hard work. Success requires hard work, which in turn requires discipline, commitment, repetition and often sacrifice. Is this not what we are taught from our youngest years (albeit in different ways)? As I say, anyone who is looking to improve themselves or work hard or anything like that, to me, deserves credit. I'm not trying to put anybody down here. It just seems a shame to me that people become virtually addicted to these endless self-help schemes, rather than ever getting around to putting in the work that they know they need to. At the end of the day, these are just cool animated videos with a quasi-educational focus. Does it not strike you as strange that all of these 'self-help gurus' and 'success experts' aren't, in themselves, wildly successful people? Surely, if they know all this stuff we don't, they should be at the very top of our society, right? Much respect to Mitch Manly for establishing a very substantial RU-vid following, that's a tough feat, but to anyone reading this I recommend you look more into the industry of self-help. Interviews with book authors/previous industry-leaders and the experiences of people who've spent decades hooked on this stuff show you just how addictive, and (funnily enough) damaging this market is. These people are selling you ideas, packaged nicely with animations, and worded in ways that sound smart - but think. Think for a second. Think for yourself - didn't you know all of this already?

Progressive growth is the key to habits, What we callas the new years resolution is not even a habit, you do realise that any bad habit is created in the same way, you start one day, just once, and you continue just once more and here you have it a *HABIT*

□ Exercise □ Eat HEALTY □ Get up early □ Learn how to spell healthy Edit: THIS IS A JOKE. People are acting as if I'm ignoring the moral importance of the video. I understand the video and wrote this as a lighthearted joke because I found it funny that the mistake was shown multiple times. Sorry if I offended anyone.

Once you create a habit it becomes part of you. I started an overall healthy lifestyle two years ago and I can say it was the best decision I ever made. It takes time and discipline but it’ll be worth it, you’ll feel great, have lots of energy, sleep better and get to do more things throughout the day 😉💪🏻

It’s funny cause I sleep the fuck in big time and am quite successful for my age and have some big goals I am working toward/have achieved. On the other hand there are all these dudes busting their ass waking up at 4:30am because they watching some RU-vid vids on success and think that waking up early will like help them or something. And yet these guys haven’t achieved anything. Point is, all these bullshit success/productivity habits are stupid. Success comes from formulating the right goal/plan and then executing it. End of story.

I’d recommend making a commitment to “be happier”, “to do things that make me feel better”. Committing to a schedule limits you and you won’t stick to it once something comes up and throws the schedule out of whack. Instead, make a commitment to increase an attribute or value within yourself, this way, even on a day when you can’t make it to the gym, you’ll be motivated to finding alternative ways throughout the day to make you happy, to stay active, etc. You don’t always have to do it the same way every day. Variety will keep it exciting and keep you from getting bored.

Hey, it worked for me, as well. Until some two months ago, I was struggling to keep a daily exercise routine: every single day of the week, with a rubber band, and always trying to make it harder from a week to another, the typical macho man. My usual feeling at awakening was: will I skip exercises today? Needless to say, I skipped plenty, and that was the story of my athlete's life. But then I decided to give myself a break: five days a week, instead (which is not bad at all) and with less ambitious goals. Well...it worked: nowadays I can proudly say that I didn´t fail a single day ever since. And it got better yet: there are some times when I miss my training days!
