This is so crucial in the golf swing. I remember hearing Rory talking about this on the Taylormade series. Swaying is a killer!

What if the lower body is not sliding but the upper body still tilts back? (Heading moving back)

I’d assume that means there’s no pressure moving into the lead side and you are staying on your back foot? If that’s the case, you need to get pressure into the lead side
