Im not Ovvy but I’m guessing you know the sprint button? Otherwise this year there is the new controlled sprint where the player dribbles faster than normal while running at medium fast pace (r1/rb). If you double tap sprint a a player will knock the ball ahead of them into space. Otherwise a team of players all get speed boosts if they are on full chemistry. Certain skill moves provide a quick speed boost like the heel to heel. Thats about it, im not seeing him use anything other than these in his videos and I dont know of any other ways to boost speed. If you play online and the game/players play slow it may be to do with your internet connection speed, or the quality of the server connection which can vary based on time and where you are connecting from.
