This OP08 Leader Got ZERO Support???? 

I get that it might look like Kalgara is having no support, but the deck is already quite strong with the cards we have. While he can only play Shandorian characters, the stage can search for any Sky Island card and Shura can also search the stage and any Shandorian in the deck, together with the Wiper cards you have 16 searchers for the stage, and can be super aggressive with the Ohm/Holy engine plus easily playing 7 and 8k bodies for free while swinging big or gaining life by playing other big characters at the same time.

It'd the first pack where they prioritized marketing of IP over the game and I think that's embarrassing to di it not even years after the game released

I feel like this is what they are gonna start doing more and more, printing a leader and then not giving them proper support until later sets to encourage people to buy multiple sets

I’m so mad he didn’t get any support I was excited to play him. I’m still playing him but they did him so dirty

I think what he still could get in this set is the elder from the shandorian tribe that has the same ability as the 3c0k Doctor guy (I forgot his name shame in me) that boosts shandorian warriors instead

Nami no SR, & Kuro no SR (his 6/8k vanilla came out the set after his release) come to mind…seen some play from Kalgara he floods the board pretty fast

I don't believe Issho got anything from set 4 for support. You can pull old cards to make him work but he got the Kalgara treatment first.

it's okay they prioritize waifus, but don't make this leader then, use that space for a Lilith or Nami egghead if you are giving all the support there :(

It was a similar song and dance with Vegapunk in 7, he had support but most of it isn't very good, while now he has 3 crazy SRs in 8

To be fair, could also be a lot of people expressed frustration on vegapunk not being good and adding more support for him. He is much more important to the current arc vs sky island
