In this episode I looked at some of the craziest and most unusual optical illusions. These made you either see things, blur the lines of reality, or just flat out blow your mind (not literally don't sue me). These mind blowing optical illusions were presented as questions in an optical illusions quiz in which I failed.

2:37 The range of focus of the eye is small even though you can see the surroundings When you focus on a few dots the brain analyses only those dots and to preserve energy it misses on the details of the surroundings so you see it black dots brain tries to blend the dots with the background

2:41 the shadow will have to be darker... The other obstacles in the clip are darker and as you can see the shadow is 39-47 degrees from the camera but the rubiks cube isn't more than 39 degrees so it is drawn.

If you look at the middle dot of that black and white and just focus on the middle, you'll see the black dots fade...well, that is, if you're so focused on it. If you're distracted, it'll come back. Just like hypnotizing.
